The hotel staff has always been friendly patient and helpful, The Answers from reception were immediate and friendly, I normally interacted with Sarah 😊, she has very high standards, takes a great pride in presenting herself and quick helping that impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room. Nice shower. Bed could have been softer, but was alright. 7 restaurants in the hotel of which we tried the Indian and Chinese ones. Both were good with plenty of vegetarian options. Breakfast was extensive and good. The one thing I really disliked was the abundance of perfume spray throughout the hotel. It made me cough a lot and caused a slight sense of nausea.

Check in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but not big, enough for single traveller. The bed quite comfortable. The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport, which is a nice service to have.

Regular visitor at this hotel. The service is excellent. The restaurant selection is amazing. You have a broad selection of cuisines to choose from. A shout out to Simon, the PR Manager, who is always ready to assist and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

This hotel is awesome. I was there for a months. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfasts,lunch dinner are fabulous. Room service is also. Everything was just a call away. You can go ahead and book this to enjoy your stay.

I went to Ayam Zaman Restaurant inside the hotel, and really is a quiet perfect place to have Launch or Dinner there for anyone looking for quality and authentic Lebanese taste, starting from appetizers to a the bottle of water. I recommend it to everyone 👍

Where do I start, from the moment I arrived the kindness, hospitality and friendliness from all staff members has been exceptional. I have never been to such a welcoming hotel. A great asset to Kuwait! The staff members, accommodation, food, gym and spa facility makes me wonder why it is not a 5 star facility, excellent hotel and will definitely be returning here along with my family, thank you!

Perfect place to stay. Staff are so polite, helpful and professional. You just feel like home with lots of options to dine. Clean rooms, easy access and nice ambience. Special thanks for Mr. Haneef and Ms. Sara for their attitude that made the stay even more memorable and smooth.

Room is nice and equipped with coffee machine and water cooker. Roomy bathroom with all amenities. Special thanks to the staff, in particular Simon, who will provide any service you might require. Also steakhouse restaurant has excellent prepared stakes and recommended by me. I can recommend this hotel as excellent and a place where you can feel at 🏡

The stay was AMAZING. This is my second time here and definitely not the last one. The room service specifically MINA is awesome and so helpful and so kind. I had loads of bags and she helped me a lot. The team at the reception desk are so sweet and helpful, and so is the security.

We use the meeting rooms regularly in Holiday Inn and the service is great. The staff are friendly and very attentive to our needs. We will continue meeting here due to the great service. Thank you and keep it up.

Madhu was very attentive, accommodating and kind. Got me anything I needed. He was happy to serve us with a smile. Carmen was also very attentive to me and my food allergy. Made sure they had plenty of gluten free food for me.

Room service friendly & always available ( Sajan/Prakash always great and polite). Rooms consistently clean. Breakfast - Improved during my stay ( 20+ days) Could do with a bit more variety & freshness. Coffee machine was changed which is a good start! One waiter particularly shines. Reception / PR - responsive and friendly! Gym - great facility.

Nice cosy hotel, good gym (Edge) and classes. Outdoor heated pool. Big choice of restaurants: sushi, Indian, steak, Lebanese with outdoor terrace. All of them are tasty. Always ask about the manager Mr Simon. He’s very friendly, helpful, and decent. He makes you feel like at home

The buffet here is excellent. We come here often as we have a membership. There is a great variety of foods, which usually includes 2 soups, breads, several salads, main dishes, and desserts, which always includes Om Ali. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely come and dine here again

The hotel has a very nice and clean gym. One of the best facility in Kuwait. Thank you to all the staff of Edge Fitness Center especially to Charlene for being very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice place; Arabic coffee served by Ramadan excellent; Mr. Simon is always there with his smiling face to help you with any suggestions; very friendly staff in general. Please try AYAM Zaman food, and don’t forget to stop by L’aroma Cafe as well.

Amazing atmosphere and super kind staff specially Mrs.Jana, she’s so lovely and the perfect meaning of a hard working employee and a lovely place to stay at. Rooms are perfect and the three meals of the day are spectacular.

There is a wonderful reception and excellent service from the team, especially in the general reception place, Mr Simon, the restaurant manager Hussein and the Sacura staff are all wonderful, in addition to the good and clean food. Thank you for this great experience the location is great 1min walk from sea and 5 mins walk to salmiya centre and you have a variety of food choices from sushi Chinese Mediterranean. A special thanks to Mr Simon who was very hostile and helpful and made our stay wonderful

I always stay with my family at Holiday Inn during weekends. The hotel location and prices are so convenient. The service and food are always exceptional and varied. Mr. Simon always makes sure our stay is pleasant, enjoyable and special. It feels like home.

The food is really great and value for money. Service and location has been improved immensely. Tang Chao should focus on improvising their drinks and desserts though.

I only came to use the japanese restaurant. I was in love with the taste and flavours of the food. They made me surprised that I could taste this savour here. The food is 10/10. The decorations is perfect but the layout is not so comfortable

I ordered breakfast. The service of mr Abhradip was amazing. Very kind, very helpful and he even brought me “halva” afterwards. I tried te order the halva but my pronunciation was so bad that they didn’t understand what I was asking for. Real high standard of service. The breakfast was really good as well. I really enjoyed the hotel, Specially the Coffee shop experience I wanna mention. They always greets all the guests and ensures that no one leaves them unhappy. They full fill all the requests by guests. I wanna mention one name Mr. AMAN, HE Knows his guest who likes to have what in their breakfast and the moment you, he always tries to serve your coffee before you ask. I really enjoyed it

This is my second stay at Holiday Inn Salmiya and I could not have been happier. Truly a home away from home. The staff is extremely accommodating. In particular I have to commend Krishna, who remembered my requests from my first stay (I didn’t even remember them!) and made sure to accommodate them before I even asked. Excellent selection of restaurants and a fabulous location. Truly an exceptional service.

Clean and big. The decorations are amazing, but the elevator is in a weird location. It is hard to get directions if you do not already know where everything is.

The service is always at the best. Restaurants are clean and with large selection of menu. The staff is always happy to accommodate changes and selection from other restaurants extra plates. Everybody is kind and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. A special thank to Mr. Simon Slim for his continue amazing contribution to make the place a place to be happy inside.

As always, I just feel at home when in Holiday Inn Al Salmiya. The first time I came here it was almost 12 years ago and since then it has always been my preferred choice when I visit Kuwait. Throughout those 12 years, some faces were always there. I cannot but mention Mr. Simon Slim who Always ensured that as a guest am always comfortable and at home!

I only came for food not the room, The open buffet was okay but really small i expected to have a lot more stuff in the menu like the pictures but it was simple, Its better if you pick another place to eat at.

Our stay started three days ago , with the greeting and hospitality of the front desk Mr Hanif who was super hostile welcoming and helpful. It was honeymoon trip and they gave us great room with perfect view. The room was super clean and arranged with nice cake to congratulate us . Then we had breakfast the second day it was good. The whole hotel staff were amazing. The hotel took me back when I used to come for the gym membership it was really nice. Everyone was offering to help. Even in check out they were trying to help us with anything extra super staff to be honest

I am in Day 12 of a month long stay and this place is terrific. The Suites are well laid out and rather spacious, have Gulf views, and give a great sense of a home away from home. It has an array of dining options and I am working through those having already sampled the Chinese, Japanese and the Steakhouse restaurants. The breakfast buffet is ideal for starting your day the right way. Hanif the Front Office Manager, and Simon the PR and Guest Relations Manager were particularly helpful.

I have come on a business trip, paid by my company and have stayed only in this hotel. Every time we come we have really good stay, staff is amazingly kind, food is really great, pool, gym and other very nice. Meets an elite standard which you judge all other restaurants. The staffs were adorable and full of personality plus.Also very attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. Amazing foods. My son usually doesn't eat meat. But with your restaurant, he ate the steak twice. All the staffs are very accommodating and friendly especially Hiru. Will definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant. Thank you!
