Located on the sea side of Al-Kout Mall. This branch carries their discounts, etc. Parking is quite easy except for the weekends. It has two entrances, one from the car park side and the other from inside the mall. Has two floors. The X-Cite electronics store is there on the upper floor of this hyper market.

Very nice place for shopping

Quality has gone down over the years. Produce and meat isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Often runs out of popular items and doesn't restock for months.

Souk area is where old al kout mall is located. fish and vegetable market is there. Water fountain couple of restsurants and great view.

All the Sultan Center in Kuwait are good specially when we want to get fruits .. Veggies. .. And some exotic stuff like chocolate. One can get all the GCC brands and pricewise it's good too.. Its 24 Hrs open .

Despite politely asking the management to keep vendors clear for customers, the problem still exists. The aisles are blocked almost always. Variety of local and international foodstuffs. Be sure to check out organic delivery on wednesdays although limited. Expanded pet section along with personal care items toys bathroom and dishes although a bit expensive 3 wks later still little in organics but first i had to go to office to get them to move supply carts totally blocking products. I have told manager and employees several times. They cannot control suppliers!!!!

Once it's the best entertainer lost its beauty after new alkout but still its resourceful place from groceries to meat , fish etc . Good family spot

It's a nice place for shopping and entertainment, one can also enjoy dancing fountains there. A nice combo of traditional and modern architecture.

If you are in need of food, they have it! It is in a prime location, so it can be difficult to find parking. Plus you can sit and enjoy a fountain show outside.

The mall is nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. There a lot of groceries available. They may be a little bit expensive when compared to other places in the vicinity. However, a wide assortment of foods to select from.

I would not recommend it for family groceries, it has very limited choices of everything, it used to be much better before.
