have
comments
in
different
categories
for
this
hotel:
Rooms:
I
booked
2
rooms
a
suite
king
size
and
a
king
size;
the
rooms
are
a
good
size,
clean.
The
sofa
bed
is
the
worst
I
have
ever
slept
on.
If
I
were
to
book
again
I
would
need
to
book
a
third
room
that
is
connected
with
the
suite
but
in
this
hotel
these
rooms
only
have
2
twin
beds
not
king
size
or
queen
Room
Service:
If
you
ask
for
plates
they
will
charge
you
a
1KD
~
$3.00
"Transportation
Fee"
(A
new
term
in
the
hotel
business)
to
delivery
from
their
own
staff
that
are
downstairs
to
take
the
elevator
and
walk
towards
my
room.
Also
if
you
ask
for
salt
and
pepper
they
will
charge
as
there
are
no
sachets
available
in
the
room
only
sugar
which
is
complimentary
for
your
tea
and
coffee.
I
requested
blanked
and
bed
sheet
for
the
sofa
bed
it
took
them
20min
to
deliver
it
to
me.
I
had
to
call
them
3
times.
Reception
Service:
The
Philippines
staff
are
very
friendly,
professional
and
know
what
they
are
doing.
The
others
are
not
professional.
They
requested
all
of
our
ID's
including
my
toddlers.
They
do
not
explain
first
why
they
will
ask
as
if
it's
my
first
time
booking
at
a
hotel.
Usually
only
the
person
that
booked
ID
is
required
Apparently
it's
the
country's
law.
They
took
the
room
keys
after
check
out
(how
cheap).
My
kids
wanted
them
as
a
memory.
Security
service:
My
wife
and
my
children
went
up
stairs
to
check
out
the
pool
and
fitness
center.
2
security
guards
were
blocking
the
door
to
the
pool.
He
says
"Yes?"
I'm
like
what?
I
have
a
room
here
is
my
card!
He
responds
oh
OK
just
tell
me
and
I
will
allow
you
to
go.
Firstly
you
see
I
have
children
and
with
my
wife
I
understand
some
issues
occur
but
you
need
to
speak
and
explain
in
a
respectful
way.
Overall
customer
service:
Very
Bad!!!
Restaurant
Buffet:
Is
great
their
customer
service
was
good.
The
food
is
amazing.
You
do
not
need
a
room
to
go
eat
there
they
have
morning
Buffet
everyday
and
dinner
is
on
occasions.
Bell
boy:
Very
respectful,
friendly
and
professional.
Some
of
the
staff
in
security
and
front
desk
should
learn
from
them.
Location:
The
hotel,
the
mall
and
90%
of
the
stores
are
owned
by
the
same
company.
Customer
service
is
key
to
all
business
if
you
do
not
have
a
well
trained
staff
you
will
lose
business
or
you
may
have
the
wrong
person
training
them.
If
it
wasn't
for
their
poor
service
I
would
rate
much
higher.
