House keeping steal from ur pockets and try to cover it with their manger (we paid 646 KD for our rooms so I have no interest in lying about 10 KD). And their defense is “you have a safe that you should use”. Also, it’s good to point out that they say “he said he didn’t steal so it MUST mean he didn’t” Totally inexcusable. For their price, I suggest you go somewhere else. The hotel next to them looks better and with better staff probably.

I have comments in different categories for this hotel: Rooms: I booked 2 rooms a suite king size and a king size; the rooms are a good size, clean. The sofa bed is the worst I have ever slept on. If I were to book again I would need to book a third room that is connected with the suite but in this hotel these rooms only have 2 twin beds not king size or queen Room Service: If you ask for plates they will charge you a 1KD ~ $3.00 "Transportation Fee" (A new term in the hotel business) to delivery from their own staff that are downstairs to take the elevator and walk towards my room. Also if you ask for salt and pepper they will charge as there are no sachets available in the room only sugar which is complimentary for your tea and coffee. I requested blanked and bed sheet for the sofa bed it took them 20min to deliver it to me. I had to call them 3 times. Reception Service: The Philippines staff are very friendly, professional and know what they are doing. The others are not professional. They requested all of our ID's including my toddlers. They do not explain first why they will ask as if it's my first time booking at a hotel. Usually only the person that booked ID is required Apparently it's the country's law. They took the room keys after check out (how cheap). My kids wanted them as a memory. Security service: My wife and my children went up stairs to check out the pool and fitness center. 2 security guards were blocking the door to the pool. He says "Yes?" I'm like what? I have a room here is my card! He responds oh OK just tell me and I will allow you to go. Firstly you see I have children and with my wife I understand some issues occur but you need to speak and explain in a respectful way. Overall customer service: Very Bad!!! Restaurant Buffet: Is great their customer service was good. The food is amazing. You do not need a room to go eat there they have morning Buffet everyday and dinner is on occasions. Bell boy: Very respectful, friendly and professional. Some of the staff in security and front desk should learn from them. Location: The hotel, the mall and 90% of the stores are owned by the same company. Customer service is key to all business if you do not have a well trained staff you will lose business or you may have the wrong person training them. If it wasn't for their poor service I would rate much higher.

Located in Avenue Mall the location is just perfect. The mall will take 2 days to go about. Huge mall ! The breakfast is outstanding and has many options to suit every taste. Breakfast included waffles and pancakes. Eggs to order, lots of hummus, meats and fruits. The gym could be a little more equipped but it's sufficient for a regular gym goer. Rooms are fairly large and service is top notch. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is very new and the staff is friendly, especially the welcoming security and parking guys. The business center could use more privacy since it is located in the lobby, with no walls or privacy glass and no dedicated printer. Some printing is best done by the customer for privacy purposes. This is not the best experience for most business customers. The fact that they took personal property from me, I do not think, this is necessary not all customers have a child like mentality and a small bluetooth speaker should be allowed at a hotel for personal use. Especially since there are very loud TVs with 24/7 music channels in the rooms. Breakfast is excellent. The GYM is small and very limited but has the basics. No microwaves, unless you upgrade to a suite and re-heating the food, is a little bit of a hassle with paperwork and signatures to get food hot; they can make this process more pleasant. Overall, this is a new hotel that definitely has a lot of potential, and I'm sure they will read the reviews and improve to maintain the customers' happy. 👍

Worst Hotel EVER IF YOU TRYING TO CALL - room service (No ANSWER) - Front desk (No ANSWER) - MAINTINANCE (No ANSWER) ( yes you read it right I had to live with flodded sink) and sometimes it will give you a busy line. the customer service is the worst actually I doubt they even heard about customer service term at all. I was intergated by them three times (PS you are just an hotel nothing more) the food tasted awful and limited NOTE: if you like hotel members going through your stuff then it's the right place for you because that what they did with my luggage which they supposed to deliver to my room however they thought its OK to look into them before they do. I called them regarding the lastness of receiving my luggage and I was shocked when they asked me about specific items was in my bags (perfumes, mubkhar).moreover they asked me to come down to hand them over to them since it forbidden to light bukhor in the rooms and when I refused their manager called start throwing threats( police station style) finally if you really looking for a hotel to ruine your family vacation then it's the perfect place Never gone back......

The service was okay, I really did not like the room decorations however room size was good. The food from the room service was good. However it is very overpriced for the quality and product you’re getting. The only thing that will make me choose this hotel again is the location and the connecting gate to The Avenues.

We spent an overnight in the hotel, it was a very nice experience. The hotel location is very perfect, everything is near you . The twin room were good and the size of it were good too. Bathroom are clean and nice. The swimming pool were a bit crowded with kids, maybe they should make specific timings for kids because it was very noisy. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and If i had the chance i'll visit it again.

The place is great from the outside. I did not visit anything but the buffet at first sight. I expected from the look that the food would be great, but unfortunately it was a bad experience. The food was tasteless, and it was cold. It tasted very bad, and nothing was chewed.

The hotel is located in the avenues mall, you can access the mall from the lobby level. The rooms are spacious, however, it is worth noting that the twin rooms come with a bathtub while the king rooms come with a shower. At the breakfast you can find a wide variety of selections and the most interesting part is the waffle station, you get to do your own waffles and it tastes so good. Another great thing is that the hotel provided us with 15% complementary discount vouchers at alshaya group The Avenues stores and restaurants (around 56 outlets) valid during our stay at hotel. Overall it was an amazing experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly, in addition to the perfect location. We will definitely come back. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn team.

The hotel is beautifully clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and quiet, with good facilities, especially the suite with a separate living and dining room and extra washroom. If you prefer a more quiet view the mall view is very peaceful, and the city view is nice for those who don’t mind looking at busy roads, however both sides are quiet due to good sound insulation. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant is spacious and well managed with pleasant staff. The room service is efficient and the environment is well presented. The whole place is very hygienic, especially important these days. The hotel has a very convenient location inside Avenues Mall, near to the old Souk area and to the newer end of the mall. Some of the restaurants will deliver into the hotel. Excellent parking also.

The staff goes above & beyond to serve you, and the rooms are not only new & clean but also much larger than I had anticipated. A special thanks to Mr Ravi & his team at breakfast for being so welcoming & friendly! And also to the room service staff for being accommodating to my day vs night shifts. The hotel also happens to be connected to the Avenues Mall phase 4 - very convenient to grab food or do some shopping.

During my 9-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait, I found many aspects of my visit to be enjoyable. The hotel's ambiance, staff hospitality, and room comfort were all noteworthy. However, there was one small concern that I'd like to mention in the hope of improving future guests' experiences. The towels provided in the room were quite rough, and they didn't meet the standard of softness that I expected. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider using more fabric softener or investing in softer towels to ensure that all guests can enjoy a truly luxurious experience. Despite this minor issue, I must emphasize that the overall stay was quite pleasant. The Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait offers a welcoming environment and attentive service. I would gladly return for another visit in the future, with the hope that the towels have become softer by then.

Great hotel in the middle of the Avenues. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym were nice. Breakfast was good but can be a little bit repetitive if you are staying for a long time. The only downside is sometimes the parking exit can be very crowded during rush hours.

Arrival, valet parking and check-in was fast. Staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable. The hotel is attached to an incredible shopping mall so I didn't use the hotel restaurant for dinner, but had breakfast which was fine. I will definitely stay here if in Kuwait again.

Pro: Great location though can be tough traffic at time. very nice comfy room, bed, bathroom. TV is new and has a good options for TV channels. Gym is good, rooms are cleaned and have direct access to the mall directly. Breakfast is good with variety of selection and FRESH orange juice. Hotel offers free and valet parking. In term of view, isn’t much to see. Hotel has multiple elevators makes it easy to go to any floor. Cons: service is not on the same standard as the cost of the room, I’d say subpar Vs other hotel brands. No recognition of Hilton status, staff not very curious about customers and your don’t feel they are - you are like everyone else. No coffee machine per room compared to other hotel brands and you only get 2 bags of black tea; green tea is chargeable. Shavers are very low end and blades are dull. I’d recommend buying something from the mall or bring it with you.

Was staying for a couple nights on business. Its location is a little far out from downtown Kuwait City so depends on what the purpose of your stay is and if you need to be closer to the city. The hotel is attached to The Avenues Mall which is a great place to get away from the summer heat with plenty of shops and food & beverage outlets. The rooms are a good size, clean and new and the staff are helpful and polite. I will be back.

Everything was good and it’s not the first time in this hotel , But the big issue was about wheelchair that 3 days they can’t offer us a wheelchair, we are asking everyday from morning and no one is responding as we ask for 3 days ! They give one day and we return as replacement but they didn’t give us back… No happy about this service

I checked-in around 10am. The checkin was pretty smooth, quick and hassel free. I straight went to have breakfast as I had a long night travel. The restaurant has excellent sitting area and great ambience. More than the ambience the servers and the chefs were very polite and excellent with their job. Restaurant manager Mr Ravi was extremely welcoming and always kept a check on all the guests and made us feel like home. The rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy.

Special shout out to Mr. Yogi and Mr. Sanjay for their impeccable service, our rooms were in tip top shape, spotless cleaning and care, we were never short of anything Thank you ! Rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out. Also we appreciated the attitude of mr. Ravi from the breakfast team, he was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our kids, he gave us a bright and lifting start for our day! We are due to check out later this afternoon, we asked for a later checkout and expected at most a 1 hour extension, instead we had 3 hours for all 4 rooms and suites! Thank you for this! Unfortunately though I rated 4/5 due to the food quality, it could be improved at breakfast. We also ordered arabic coffee from room service which was overpriced and we understand this from hotels, but it was much much less than what we expected honestly for such a price, the quality and taste of the coffee could be improved, and must be improved seeing as it is an essential component of arabic hospitality and taste, the desserts that came with the coffee were stale and bland, we were rather disappointed, really. Otherwise; a really wonderful weekend stay!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The pool was fine but not as what we imagined. The experience of staying at a hotel inside the Avenues Mall really satisfying. Many restaurants, cafes, stores, kids places and more close to us. The only issue was the long waiting at the front desk for the check in/out. I like the experience of using the digital key which you can enter your room(s) or elevator all by your mobile phone.

The room was comfortable and the fact that we were living inside the mall was wonderfull however the turkish coffee was not nice at all. I would recommend you change yiur turkish coffee source or at least have options on hand. I recommend King coffee, Albadawi, or Alameed. The worst thing was that we got tricked by your website that the room was advertized with breakfast uncluded however when we started eating in the restaurant they told us we had to pay. The receiptionist did not believe that we ordered breakfast with the room. So we paid. Weather the website was misinformative or the receiptionist was covering up a mistaje she made upon checkin when we had to change the room to mall view because there was no cuty view smookers room we were left very unsatisfied. Btw, the breakfast was not tasty. There was no maple syrup for the pan cakes.

I reserved for four nights and the hotel 97 kd for the night !! Believe me it doesn’t worth even 50 kd The room didn’t have lights just 3 lamps inside and room air conditioning was so bad ! It was stuck at 19 for three days i got sick 😷 i called the reception and they send technician at 1 am to fix it but all night it was stock on 25 and was very hot , i called them again when i woke up and they send technician 2 times more before they suggest to change the room i was very tired from the night before but i said yes and i but all my stuff in my bags i waited for more than 45 min just waiting for them to come and take the bags and give me my new room ! I had to come to the lobby and tell them when they will come to take my stuff !

I try to take picture for my kids with my sony camera, but they did not allow me to take it. They ask for permission!! and they did not gave a permission. Once I have reserve at Symphony hotel and I took pictures in my sony camera and they welcome me and also they ask for one of the pictures to put it in their instagram. Thats a huge difference. And I will never reserve at hilton

Very welcoming team, managers and executives. The smell of the breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was superb specially with their freshly baked croissant and coffee. I do recommend to the others.

It was wonderful stay. I enjoyed the stay even if the hotel room was extremely pricy. I paid $550 for one night for a $90 room in comparison to us standard. The Nepalese cook subash at the dining area made good fried rice and omelet for me upon ordering. Krishna the luggage handler who helped me to carry luggage from my room to the taxi was also another wonderful guy. The front desk lady who was working night shift I forgot the name was also very kind and welcoming. I had stayed from October 7-8. Thanks
