P.S- This is not a review about the NEW Al-Kout Mall that opened recently, this review is about the Souk Al-Kout which had been there for a really long time, right next to the new Mall. The Souk Al-Kout is now even better than before, especially after the renovation works. Most of the people living nearby, usually go to the new Al-Kout these days, thanks to its new shops and boutiques. But the old souk has its own vibe, folks. The musical fountains, the cafes and restaurants along its side, the citadel on one end, are all amazing things to be experienced. After a walk along the beachside, it's quite unforgettable when we sit in front of the fountains after grabbing a drink. The Old Souk also has it's own share of shops nd boutiques and it also has the iconic '1954' film experience by Cinescape which is there in very few malls in Kuwait. Personally, I would suggest going to the Old Souk at morning (I know it's not comfortable when it's summer, but again it's a different vibe 😅). A different kind of family time, assured.
