My relative graduation party was there! In my point of view, Jumeirah is the best resort for parties and weddings. The lobby is big and luxurious, the staff is tidy and the buffet was very tasty. I liked all the details of the hotel and I advise all tourists to stay their nights in this resort, it is worth the experience!

Simply the best. I frequented the hotel for work on many occasions. Their staff is very warm and welcoming. Everyone from the airport pickup, reception and restaurant staff is nice and friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping is clean and attentive to detail. The grounds are gorgeous. It feels like home away from home.

For a 5 star hotel have Extremely bad inroom dining.. wait for more than 1 hr for my breakfast and they always says it's on the way until I canceled it and eat my breakfast some where else. Room 3130 .. didn't like the valet service.they take over the normal parking so u cannot park even is u have a room in the hotel

Every time I visit Kuwait, I stay in this hotel, which happens to be an excellent experience. You can’t go wrong with it. It’s well located (not far from the largest mall in the world, main buildings,, landmarks, etc.) Your stay will be memorable, like mines.

Really enjoyed my two night stay here in November 2022. The hotel oozes a luxurious feel, nothing less than one would expect from the Jumeirah brand and this hotel didn’t disappoint. The staff at reception as well as concierge, porters, doormen, servers and drivers were very polite, conscientious and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The hotel features a grand lobby with sumptuous decor and a good range of restaurants/cafes. They also have an absolutely beautiful spa with awesome facilities such as Himalayan Salt room, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and multi-jet showers. I had a 1 hour Thai massage and the masseuse was amazing, not too heavy handed. As I visited during 2022 World Cup, they had a fan-zone set up at one of the cafés which was really cool. There was a huge variety of foods available at the buffet breakfast including continental and Arabic, far too many to list. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the room (although functional, clean and well equipped), was a bit dated. If this is within your budget then I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

As a potential customer I have received bad service and discrimination. To my experience, The first expression start from the gate. Then the receptionist, room , in-service till you check out from the hotel. However, in jumierah is different. I had a food delivery for a customer of the hotel. But they refused my entry ( security guy ) and told me to put the food on the ground!!!!! Like what?! How you want me to do that ?! They are our customers as they are yours too. Then I asked the security man for the receptionist, he said and I quote “ this is reception” and may I add that he insisted on that. Even though it was only security. Thus, I asked for the management since he insisted to be the receptionist. He refused to do so and ask me why?! It just strike me, just because I wasn’t their customer yet that they will treat me badly. You should learn that there is a customer and yet to be a customer. At the end, one of the receptionist came and I told him regarding the matter. He promised to do the necessary. I would like to state that if that is your service then it’s poor. Need some adjustments. At least I reached the manager. But what about the misfortune delivery men that couldn’t do anything. I like the hotel atmosphere , the lobby , garden and the pool are amazing The cardio gym is very small but they have most of the machines The spa , sauna & steam area very nice and relaxing but the steam is not functioning well and there is no option to increase the level Regarding the rooms yes some of them with nice view but the furniture looks a bit older and not well maintained for example the room door handle broken , the closet looks old and make sound when u open it like an antique one 😅 , the lighting system in the room is low and not comfortable The room amenity are basic The mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all Overall its very nice hotel and close to the airport but the rooms need a lot of improvement and maintenance

We love Jumeirah beach hotel facilities I try their spa, worth the hefty price they put there, the facilities are spacious & well maintained , we spend like more then 1 hour to use the spa facilities . The interior design more to classic Arabic or Moroccan vibes. Easy to park our car here. Their staff is friendly, I hope to go again for next visit. Btw I never try their restaurant yet. 😅 need to put in our bucket list.

Luxury and beautiful hotel. I booked for 3 day and 2 nights in a obe bed room suite and it was a really wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful large lobby and a great swimming pool for the kids and adults and lovely beach. I really Loved the breakfast, so delicious and fresh and had a lot of choices. The room was clean and the size of it is perfect with a friendly stuff. I loved it it and hopefully i will book again to have a vacation with my family.

A nice luxurious hotel on the sea side. The lobby well assigned, comfortable, with cosy atmosphere. the hotel outlets were busy, guests preferring to sit outside as the weather was pleasant. we used the Mint cafe which was a bit busy but service and food was good, and the prices were moderate. It has a romantic feel to it, and guests are enjoying the services of the open outlets. The areas were clean and well maintained. A nice hotel

I visited for business purpose. Other than no proper parking for temporary guests, all staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated seasonally and the food was phenomenal.

An extraordinary hotel, with excellent staff and attention. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and with the right level of luxury. Food is really good.

Lighting in the rooms is a little clunky and I was missing a hairdryer, but bed very comfortable and staff are excellent and extremely helpful, service overall extremely good. Breakfast spread was great.

I am a member of the gym and beach. For the past two years, I've never been to the gym cause it's very small until Mosi ( trainer) encouraged me to go, and she really made the place feel much better. I really dislike the new manager, and I miss Sam he used to make us feel special. The new guy really ruined the place. I once complained to him about an extremely racist couples that called brown people disgusting ( brown people = kuwaities), and he did absolutely nothing. I still see the couple there and annoy me every time cause they still complain when they see Kuwaiti males going to the other pool... and it's all cause this new manager is doing nothing useful except raising the prices. If you want to join the gym, you pay 100 kd extra for the paperwork. Although it's expensive, we still enjoy the place because we love the beach, and it feels like a vacation destination.

It was great experience in Jumeirah resort. from arrival, greeting, arrival drinks all felt luxury and premium. sindbad club was a great idea where kids can enjoy and play. special mention of Ms. Daya who takes care of it. resort has excellent swimming pool to cool yourself in kuwait during scorching sun. Also has a mini water park for kids to play. food is excellent and top quality. overall enjoyed my stay there.

I was there for 2 nights and it was one of the terrible nights of my life. I booked a sea view room and when I arrived it was a street view room 😐 not only that, the curtains and the refrigerator was not working too 😐, Then I waited 3 hours for my actual room to be ready and when I entered it was also without a working refrigerator I asked for a compensation for the problems that happened to me and the time I lost, They told that everything is booked and that they can’t help. All I can say is that it was two terrible nights for me and my friends. The service was so terrible and rude I’ve called the reception several times and they don’t answer and the duty manager is one of worst and rude manager I have ever seen, I don’t how he is the manger of this 5 star hotel. What I wanna say is that run away from this hotel not ever 5 star hotel is good.

Worth the price you pay. Luxury resort with a reasonable price. Most of their staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially they are genuine and not pushing thier sales/service. Laurence ,at front desk was Very service orientated. She alternatively helped me to get careem/Hala taxi when I denied the airport transfer service which was pricey. Restaurant Staff Sangay and housekeeper Santosh and argav went extra miles and showed much proactiveness in their service. Highly commendable. However I was quite disappointed with the FnB staff at breakfast who refuse to give me coffee and insisted on charging me when I arrive at 620am,instead of 630am (breakfast opening time). Moreover his tone wasnt pleasing. He could have still informed me this in a polite way. I hope the hotel can consider to atleast have simpler option for breakfast or atleast coffee/cappuccino for those who starts early, especially given many events in Kuwait starts at 8am.

I had an amazing experience during my stay, especially thanks to the front desk manager, Mouloud Amyal. He was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my time at the hotel. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed for 3 nights, Everything was great especially how the staff are friendly. Although, I have one thing to point out for people willing to stay here, The food from the room service is absolutely horrible ( And expensive! ), They even brought me " Nestle powdered milk " When I ordered "Hot Chocolate. Lol. I would come again, But i will never order food from room service.

Stayed there with my family. Overall we had a good stay. Kids had fun. Three things you need to be aware that 1. basement parking is for everyone, no priority for staying guests and has only limited space. 2. kids water play area is full of moss and very slippery. Be careful. I felt scared. 3. sea water of private beach is not clear at all. I’m surprised to be honest. We were going to swim in the sea but the water was dirty so ended up not swimming in the sea. Another reason why I had to remove one star is because I felt offended by one of their employees who works at the pool to give people towels, water, etc. It was upsetting. Other than that, we had a good time.

Stayed there with the family for 3 days. The apartment was huge and the size is great (2 bedrooms: one with king size bed and the other with two double beds - both en-suite bathrooms). The living room size is great and has a guest bathroom too. The kitchen had all the amenities and the white appliances. The swimming pool size is good (the family section). However, there are two points that I didn’t appreciate at all: 1- the safe guards could not ask two guys to stop smoking in the family pool side which is disgusting and absolutely not acceptable to smoke while you are in the pool as these were guys with membership not staying in (I guess that’s why they didn’t want to upset them and ask them not to smoke there although two families complained but nothing happened…) 2- if you want to order any food or beverages, you can’t use your room number so you will either have to deposit cash at the reception or carry your bank card with you which we didn’t know and had to go back to our room to keep my card to order food. The beach was clean but there was a big sewage right next to the beach which is not great at all! 😖 I will think twice if I want to go there as the prices was not cheap (we paid about 530 KD for 2 nights/3days) Apologies for the long review but hopefully it will help other choose where to spend their money. We didn't stay. We went 4 dinner. Excellent waitress. Her name was sangay. The african girl we dont know name of, she was excellent too. Sangay was the best waitress ever. Caring and attentive. We wish that she wait us all the time.

The massage is one of my favourites in Kuwait so far. The majority of the restaurants are pretty good for a hotel. The rooms though need a bit of refurbishing.

Staying at the Jumeirah hotel was an experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a memorable hotel in Kuwait. With a team always available, it helped that the stay was calm and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for business stays or even holidays.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the system is not perfect as the receptionist couldn't view my room package extras in the hotel system, so I had to show her my booking confirmation email to add a note in the system. The room veiw was disturbed by the ongoing nearby construction. We got a complimentary cake, fruits, and room decorations for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately we couldn't get an hour late checkout due to the high season. It was a nice stay overall.

When it comes to value for money, you wont regret visiting Jumeirah. It is amazing place with awesome ambiance and customer service. Always delighted to visit when I need to relax.

Love the swimming pool , rooms , and staff For me the down point was The price of rest near the swimming pool To pay 3 kd for a bottle of water is just outragouse. U need to look back at the prices u provide ur clinest to 4 drinks are a sum of 15 kd is somthing not worth it at all. Its only slash and a redbull.

Visually beautiful as with all Juneirah hotels. There’s splendor and very high-quality everywhere you look. As with all of the best hotel experiences the people make the difference and every single member of staff I interacted with couldn’t have done more to be helpful and pleasant. Note there is construction to the right side so ask for an inward facing room.

What an impressive property! I think this is the most impressive hotel currently in Kuwait. Simply impressive with the walkway to the beach, the different restaurants, the buffets, etc.

The place is great. So fancy & elegant. There is valet parking service at main entrance. The staff are lovely & helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. The price is 12kd per person if you are not a guest in the hotel. The variety of food is big & very delicious. I highly recommend it. Also, the buffet is great at dinner time.

we were attacked by a drunk person and an addict, and no one could save or protect us from the staff. the hotel lets anyone enter the hotel even without a reservation, zero safety. security guards are just normal people without any experience. literally no one in the hotel even called the cops. we were being attacked for over 30 mins inside the hotel premises!! not to mention i booked the suite, the room looked like a 1 star hotel room.
