Place is super clean..staff are very friendly specialy a waiter called reem. The outdoor pool is nice, child friendly and the sea view is awesome... Prices at the cafes are very resonable compared to hotel prices. I had turkish coffee which was suprisingly good and my wife had a strawberry mojito which was so refreshing ... Every thing is great managment staff and facilities would higly recommend..and would probably visit again

I have been to this hotel for leisure stay for a couple if days The property is really good with a nice little private beach. The rooms are nice ,comfy and clean. We had a side view from the beach with the sea visible far away. I liked that they have a Large 55-50 inch smart tv in the rooms. When u just want to spend some time in the room while avoiding the scorching heat in the afternoon.(my phone and smart watch switched off after spending 15-20 mins outside by the beach due to overheating) The beach is nice and clean. Watchout for the small rocks and slippery boulder underwater. The hotel provides complimentary protective shoes to use in the beach. Couple of float vests for children(3-6 yrs old)are also available. Dont miss the sunrise from the beach its breathtaking. The beach side cafe is good and nice tents and outside seating arrangements. The restaurant inside the hotel is gud as well and offers a good selection to dine. They have two pools one for adults on the third floor which is indoor along with a small gym. The other is on the top floor 4b only for kids . Whats not good that i felt during my stay. 1. The kids swimming pool on the top and for adults at a different floor is actually inconvenient . Ended up taking my kid to the beach. 2. Getting my room cleaned took me literally 24 hours. Spoke at the reception 5 times and couple of unattended calls to the reception. Had to make sure the cleaning staff are at my room to start the cleaning. No complimentary water was given for that day unless asked for a couple of times. The hotel rooms facing the road as i understand is for quaratined travellers.

Our two-bedroom suite sea view is amazing! I originally booked a couryard view, but changed my mind and requested to be upgraded in a sea view suite, Nhel and Ahmad from the reception are very kind and accomodating, we were given a complimentary upgrade as a Birthday gift to me and even allowed us for a late check out. My 1 year old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and the play ground and we adults love their delicious breakfast. All the staff are very welcoming, we really had a wonderful stay.

This is my second time on this hotel, but unfortunatly the service droped down. When i called for booking i got an offer 2 nights for 3 persons with breakfast for 125 Then when i arrived they doupled it,they said the phone offer was for one night. i remmember when i asked the one who talked to me clearly on the phone if this price includes what i ordered? he agreed. Then when i checked in i used my phone to call the hotel asking for room service becuase there are no one answer the operator .

For Kuwait this hotel is family friendly, food is good, the sea view suite is clean and kind of ok.. Some lighting design flaws like bathroom mirrors don’t have lighting and kitchen too.. Remember Kuwait is not a touristic country and this is a local brand so 5 stars for the effort even though I’d give me less but considering Kuwait’s limited options is good for a weekend getaway..

This hotel is a local brand and has a lot of potential, the service is good, food is good, the view from a sea view suite is not bad. For a non touristic country like Kuwait it’s more than enough for a weekend getaway with the family.. They have some lighting issues and should be addressed specially in the kitchen and bathrooms.. The sea view cafe has a lot of potential which isn’t used to its max.. Wish they really work on upgrading their hotel to reach a better level..

Everything is good except the housekeeping. They are not doing any cleaning for the rooms until you start calling them several time. Even if you put the house keeping tag on the door.
