A 5 star neat and clean hotel with broken parking lot with no concept to facilitate the guests. I have never seen a hotel who takes no responsibility in helping the guests . Otherwise as usual from inside,lobby is interesting and seafood restaurant is pretty good. But u will find rice and soup in one corner and rest of the buffet on other side ,and u can easily miss as soup and rice table is between guests table. Really weird and crazy idea. Otherwise clean and tasty food.

The hotel is stunning . Kept its prestigious touch for a very long period . Very tidy clean ..the little architectual details are top notch. And most importantly the staff are very very friendly. the service was very slow and they were ignoring me and the table was very dirty because they would take so long to clean the table after the people before us and it took almost 30 minutes to get us seated and when the food arrived it was very underwhelming because it didn't taste good

So pleased with my stay at the hotel.Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

I was there with my girls for the breakfast buffet , love the dining area so spacious, the staff are friendly easy to order the egg selection , we have a lovely time there after the breakfast we go out to have a coffee outside the pool area it’s breathtaking because the weather now suits the scenery. P.s for first timer please go to the second entrance behind the building 😅

Was at the Regency Hotel Kuwait to check out their highly recommended Royal Brunch. What a fabulous experience, the quality of the food on offer was mouth watering. The service was very genuine and hospitable. The ambience is second to none. Indeed a Royal Brunch. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this unique experience every time I visit Kuwait

Rude unprofessional staff ..also they let you book and pay online but when you arrive they won’t let you check in because you’re a girl .. my age is 25 and they told me to call my parents and wait for them to come so they can let me check in😂 hilarious .. imagine their security man told my even if you’re 40 years old we won’t let you in without your parents because he’s afraid that when girls are left alone, they might do bad things “he lowers his voice” imagine he told me this .. old sick mided 🙂 .. also when you comment on their instagram page they delete your comments and block you 😳 UNPROFESSIONAL

Had Iftar at olive restaurant.the place was nice (outdoor, see front). although they were offering wide range of cuisines but the food taste was average considering its a five star hotel.

Do you want to relax or finish your important report?? I do recommend strongly to visit Regency hotel. It is quiet place with sea view,the services are fast. You will enjoy the delicious sweet with the coffee.

Rooms are well equipped with all amenities. House keeping is done twice daily with replacement of water, coffee, tea, coffee capsules .. etc. I received a large fruit basket and chocolate in my first day. Restaurant is great with all cuisine that are very delicious including a special "egg menu" to order from in the open buffetbreakfast. Staff are very friendly and devoted to help you. I enjoyed the stay. My room had a great view to the pool and beach and the greenery area.

Great hotel, we attended Ramadan Ghabqa Dinner at Futouh Ballroom of the regency hotel Kuwait. One side back was parking space. As you have to go with the valet. Other than that it was a nice evening, and nice atmosphere.

It’s been always incredibly pleasant experience in this hotel and to be more specific the outdoor swimming pools 🏊🏻‍♀️ There’s a mini pool for little kids and two main pools one of them is semi Olympic and the other one is in a carved shape. The lifeguards are so serious about the kids who can’t swim and try to go to the deep area 1.50 meter. The food service is perfect 🤩 There’s a free parking lot 🅿️ and the hotel provides towels 👍🏻

The English Academy's 2023 Year 11 Graduates held their Graduation Ceremony at The Regency on Tuesday 25th April 2023. It was a wonderful event attended by parents & staff. The facilities were very impressive.

We booked for three nights with me my husband and two toddlers (1 and 2 years) They gave us a crib the room size was small for 4 of us What I liked is the our room is direct access to the pool So that was easy for us with the kids Breakfast was good portion loved it But what I didn’t like is ! The kids pool very boring no water park no activities nothing at all just a normal pool The play area !! Omg everything was broken the slide was dirty the steps to the slides we broken The wood is unsafe to even touch how could a 5 star hotel a luxury hotel ! Doesn’t do maintenance for their own outdoor play area !! I was in shock There was poop every where it wasn’t even clean ! They should have new swings slides a whole new play area ! The staff were friendly and fast The bed was comfy The bathroom was small The lady’s swimming area The beach was nice but a lot of guys were looking and the security didn’t even do anything ! The pool wasn’t nice I didn’t feel like it was clean water was hot and pool is small The looker room was good The sitting area was old Old style couches Overall I liked my stay but I don’t think I would come again.

The Lobby atmosphere is not the same, this place was my first go to place to relax or have coffee. Its not the same vibes.

For my stay during the weekend everything was fantastic, the rooms were always clean and the staff there are very devoted into making your stay the best you will ever experience. The pools are amazing too, one of the juniors which is watched by the lifeguards and the pool below it. Overall, I recommend you stay here at some point if you ever need to take a rest from everything.

It’s 10 out of 5 , really good restaurant. Very delicious and literally every item is super tasty meat , fish , shrimp , soups . Vegetables , sweet . And even tea and coffee . Super mega star . Really this is my personal experience.

Their is long que for the check in.. and its not organize at all .. the room service was fast and the room is clean, ladies pool is not clean and the floor is very old they should change it specially around the pool. Can hear the noises and side talks in next room.

Had an incredible time here in 2009 2010 with all my fellow new Muslims. Overwhelming rooms, food and service, great meetings which I learned from for my life. Hope to come back once.
