This
was
my
first
time
visiting
the
resort,
and
I’m
debating
whether
or
not
it’ll
be
my
last.
I
enjoyed
walking
on
the
beach,
which
was
surprisingly
clean
and
organized.
The
pools
on
the
other
hand
need
some
maintenance,
since
you
could
always
find
random
specks
of
dirt
and
leaves
while
you’re
swimming.
The
pool
bar
never
had
anyone
manning
it,
even
though
the
open
sign
was
clearly
there
and
it’s
lights
were
on.
Chalet
was
mediocre,
and
the
cleaning
service
was
not
good.
The
bathrooms
needed
more
thorough
cleaning,
especially
the
toilet
seats.
The
furniture
was
clearly
outdated
and
old,
and
the
couch
had
loads
of
mysterious
stains.
It
was
spacious,
but
definitely
not
worth
the
price.
Customer
service
on
the
other
hand,
was
AWFUL.
It
was
very
hard
to
communicate
with
the
staff,
including
the
manager,
in
English
or
Arabic.
I
didn’t
try
the
food
since
I’ve
seen
lots
of
reviews
saying
it
wasn’t
great.
Check
out
experience
was
absolutely
horrible.
We
hadn’t
broken
anything
in
the
chalet,
but
then
the
manager
showed
us
a
picture
of
broken
window
netting
in
the
living
room.
We
had
reasoned
with
him,
and
had
to
pay
5kd
to
‘fix’
it
in
the
end.
This
is
very
obviously
a
scam,
and
I’ve
seen
other
reviews
talk
about
it
with
a
broken
chair,
plate,
etc.
This
is
the
situation
that
steered
us
away
from
the
place.
Also
the
fact
that
you
have
to
pay
10kd
to
stay
another
hour
even
if
there
is
no
booking
after
you
is
completely
unreasonable.
