The ladies pool is horrible!!! First of all when you ask to make a reservation they make you reserve via a website which seems fancy , then when you arrive at the front desk no one checks your reservation or asks if you have a reservation, thus it was extremely crowded with no tanning beds available We put our towels on the floor to tan -because there were no available chairs- and we found literal bugs walking on us as we sat the whole time , and they sting!!🤢even if you sit on a chair you will still find bugs all over your body and in your hair There are no restrooms for people who dont reserve a room so if you have to go might as well go in the pool The pool is dirty and filled with tanning oils and dead bugs and gunk on the floor next to pool with hair stuck in it 🤢 Tanning beds are broken aswell Horrible experience,wouldn’t even give it a 1 star Think twice before going here 👍

Ladies swimming pool very very dirty, trash all over the place, rest room was very dirty. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Very nice looking hotel inside, pretty run down looking from the outside. I did not stay here so can't comment on that. The whole thing is kind of a repurposed shopping plaza. Cheapens the feel of the building a bit. The part you do want to visit would be inside the hotel though.

I like the hotel it’s good for single lady like me to stay the pool it’s little oily but it’s fine the gym area it’s good but I don’t used. The hotel it nice.. my comment it’s better there have a microwave. It’s fine they have an electric stove needed to buy frying fan it’s better they have washing liquid for studio type room. The room it’s good the bathroom it’s clean but it’s looks too old the bed sheets I don’t know it’s used or not because i feel little inching. The aircon it’s too loud.. overall it’s fine too price nearby beach and supermarket and store 😀

The room’ furnitures are so old, and there’s no room service or a phone ☎️ in the 6th floor. The ladies pool is small and there’s no room around the pool to set and relax. The booking is smooth although I booked a room for 6 people and found tiny room with one King size bed in the room, with no space in the room to add more beds. It was disappointing visit to be honest!!

Good location. But I don’t know why they don’t provide the basic things like bath towel , electric kettle and toiletries even though i was on stay for a month.

Very Bad Services. All the Staff were rude and not presentable. room bed were wit stain marks...and there was no followup for cleaning. Toilet dint have extinguisher...Fridge was empty .. like other hotels they dint keep complimentary water coffee or sugar. NOT WELL Organized.

Very old hotel really in need of a renovation. Interior rooms without a view and very noisy because of the AC units. Nevertheless it was clean. No breakfast available.

Mahmoud made our stay very pleasant, felt like home with no disturbance. I would rate the property 5 ⭐ because of him.

Averagely nice old place. Our stay was 30KD for a 3 person bedroom ( any extra people coming in have to pay 5KD). There is a swimming pool for females only which you can rent a room and go there or just pay 10KD for going in to the pool without having a room. I think cleanliness wise, it is clean but not super and the furniture is OLD. The pool is nice and generally clean but full of oils from people not washing up before entering the pool 😬. And note that the pool level rooms are female rent only, no man is allowed to go up the 6th floor for female privacy 🌹.

Very Bad services for the swimming pools, no one answers , also i book before 2 weeks for a private pool and when u come they told me sorry we forget to book it for you! This is the worst hotel services!

Worst costumer service ever. No one picks up the phone, I’ve been calling for 3 days straight with no reply at all!!! This is humiliating for a hotel!!!
