Very nice place for short business trips. Convenient location, and nice clean rooms. One thing I can't understand is why in the restaurant they put the spoons, forks, and knives in an open basket for anyone to take whatever he wants. Maybe my hands are not clean, and I might touch all the spoons inside the basket while I'm taking mine. It's just doesn't feel right. I always clean mine with tissue and hot water before I eat 😐. I wish they will change this.

The location is perfect and rooms are clean but the air conditioners don't work properly, we changed the room twice.. Also the safe lockers don't work and tv remote control don't work.. We stay for 7 days and had to change the rooms twice until we got a room with working AC at least.

It was a very amazing experience. They have very accommodating staff start from the reception Joy she’s so amazing.. And their chef Tarek made my tummy so happy because of his delicious foods. Grace accomadate me well in everything I need.. It was my pleasure to meet them all and all the staff of Ibis.. Continue to give the best quality service.

It was a great experience to stay in IBIS hotel salmyia . Great staff and great facilities like training room and great location . The restaurant is amazing and good staff specially chef Mr. Ahmad Elsaady . All staff are trying to make you happy and satisfied. Also Ms Tara (Housekeeping) always keep smiling and make the room clean and tide .

The overall stay was very good, staff is exceptionally courteous with pleasant smile. Feel so home. Breakfast is delicious with many options and with high quality. Appreciate if they can provide basic toiletries (brush, toothpaste, body location) in my next visit.

Rooms are so very compact. Price was OK I believe… they could have had more people at reception. Had to wait for a long time for check in on 2 of my visits. But they were very gracious to extend our checkout time due to delayed flight. Breakfast was good and it is available from 6am.

4* out of 5 over all. Room is ok but on 1 week they never change the bed only tighten the bedsheets on top, never vacuum cleand the room so cleaning more like 3*. Food 4.3* (dinner cost about 9 Kde), the breakfast 6kd and is enough food to choose from bot not too much as quantity.

Excellent location, very hospitable staff. All restraints and commercial complexes are a walk away, had a great stay. Rooms are. Bit small compared to other ibis properties I have stayed before however staff makes up for a comfortable stay.

Everyone was truly amazing! I have stayed for 12 days and it felt like home. All of them took their time in making sure that my needs were taken cared of. Customer Service is really top-notch. Clean and safe environment. Friendly staff, from the Security to the Top Management. They have the best location too if you are coming to Kuwait for business. Kudos to the team! Good Hotel for stay, location wise, service wise, well maintained with good cleanliness standards, daily staff is maintaining good hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and helpful as well, special mention for sampath, satyendra and jiwan. Try and opt for sea view for great view for sunset. Closer to Marina bay in case you want to stroll around for evening walks or do any cycling activities along the coast. also has lot of shopping and other dine in options nearby.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, and with a beautiful view.. The ambiance is also very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff is also really friendly and extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is perfect , and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. It’s a great experience.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, Ms. Joy and the rest of the staff at the front disk were nice and extremely professional. Ms. Tara did a great job as a housekeeper, the room was always tide and clean. The TV is out dated, no electricity plugs beside bed, which is super annoying. On the other hand the room view is so special. Excellent hotel for business trips.

I have been staying in this hotel for a long time. It is a cute and peaceful hotel, they have a service understanding that offers you everything without exaggeration. The breakfast is rich and open buffet, Chief cook Ahmed Saady, whom I find quite successful, saves you from boredom with his presentations that he always makes changes. The service team also provides you with friendly service. they try to make you happy in this hotel.

The food was good and amazing. The staff also was so accommodating:) I will be back with my partner here again. Shout out to Janine Jackie and Kamlesh also for the chef:)

This hotel was home for around 6 months. Ok for the price but nothing more. Even for such a long stay I was never offered a parking space for my car and always had to find a place to park on the street. I think they should do a better job keeping the long stayers (at least) happy and make the feel “home”

There were lots of food choices and all were tasty and delicious. I’m very thankful for all the staff who assisted me especially to Janine, Hassan, and Indah. Honestly I met a person whose name is Jitu from India and I couldn’t figure out how sweet & helpful he was. As for the food Particularly the breakfast was amazing fresh delicious and extraordinary. Chef jitu is a person I won’t forget and I do recommend whoever is staying at Ibis TK look up for Jitu.

I was scared because it was a 3 star but it was awesome! Easy check in and check out. Perfectly clean and room was simple but modern - perfect for someone on business or jumping in and out. Only complaint is they needed a better lighting at the room.

Room service here is excellent specially room cleaning the lady named Tara is doing excellent work and appreciate her work ethics. One day there was no water in my room but there was note kept saying as soon as stock comes she will drop in water and she did deliver. Great work Tara keep the good work going on and make Accor group proud.

The staff is amazing and the location is great. Also the Housekeeping name christine is doing her job well, cleaning my room and the washroom she cleaned well. perfectly and she is so detailed about guest request of room. Job well done.

During my travels (nomadic life=overlanding by motorbike) over the past 2 years I highly can recommend to stay here at the hotel! Everybody from reception over cleaning lady to restaurant staff was super friendly, and helpful. Everybody made me feeling welcome, so I could really relax during my stay. I had a stunning view over the bay! The breakfast buffet had a good variety, especially on cheese 🤩. I had one night dinner at the restaurant and the pizza was delicious. Good wifi, secure parking for motorbike outside, close to shops/grocery in case you need anything.

While hotel was not the newest, and rooms where not the biggest, we had a fantastic stay in this hotel for 2 weeks with a big group of 17 people (sports team). The personnel was top nudge from the help from reception to my favorite omelette guys at breakfast and everything in between. So helpful and friendly - and always greeting us with a smile. Showerhead I wanted to take with me home, so comfy and location is good next to a little of everything of life and a 15min. walk to a very nice public beach. THANKS to the whole crew for helping us have a trouble free stay in Kuwait.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Salmiya. I must say that this hotel is the best hotel overall that I have stayed in for a long time. The location was perfect close to restaurants and shops, the room was comfortable but what really nailed it for me was the customer service. It was excellent from the time I checked in until leaving. We'll done everyone. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We had a breakfast buffet at Salmiya branch of this hotel. The breakfast buffet contained almost all the items in a regular breakfast menu although only hummus was available from local dishes. The bakery items were ordinarily not spectacular. Coffee and tea were served from coffee machines. Nevertheless, The terrace view was spectacular. Not many staff available. The breakfast area has a smoking, a nonsmoking and a terrace section. The windows in the nonsmoking section was not clean probably from the outside dust. However as mentioned above, the Kuwait city, marina sea view was marvellous.

Excellent house keeping. Jiwan is extremely helpful and does everything he can to make your stay at the hotel pleasant. He arranged for me to have room 819 which had amazing gulf view. Overall, the room service was excellent. Thank you Jiwan

I spent my 14 day quarantine at this hotel upon arriving in Kuwait for work and I must say that everything was excellent! The hotels in a great location with everything close by. As for the room, even though a little small, it was excellent with a surprisingly comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. The Seaview and gorgeous sunsets from the room is a big plus!! As with every hotel, it's the staff that make your stay memorable. Big shout out to the manager Mr Mahmood, Grace, Joy and Jiwan for the amazing hospitality!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait!

Excellent service from housekeeping when i called a iron deliverd fast service by koireel with smile and my laundry cash was taken by naeem in prifessional manners and i got daily supply by nasset and jeevan. Food delivery by dasery was extremly nice. I love this hotel as for great ever team.

The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the new ribs pizza with chicken scallops which was awesome. It is Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff, specially CHEF TAREK. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. Good location, but no food order to the room after 11pm. I had a really long day coming from saudi and that was so frustrating, I was told by the reception to use the Talabat app for delivery. And i did make an effort, yet the app requires a local kuwaiti number. No parking available, again i was tired and that was very bad so yeah.

Good place, very well located and better staff taking care of you and your needs. Special mention to Jiwan, amazing person with always a smile in his face.

During my quarantine, I stayed in this hotel for 6 days. I really enjoyed my stay because of the very comfortable ambience and relaxing view outside. I also enjoyed their food though it is my first time trying them and the staff and management are really hospitable.

So my first day in Kuwait was starting with A Dusty room Smells like cigarettes in a non smoking room Toilet Water leak I had to make 4 calls to just have an iron from afternoon till night at night I received it after I already finished my day, so i will iron my clothes after my outing? No chance to breathe fresh air non of the windows can be even an inch open… in fact that there’s a lot of fake comments……..to be continued

We always choose Ibis, and Ibis Salmiya has the same quality (beds, linens, cleanliness, etc.) and convenience in location. However, Ibis Salmiya made is feel so comfortable and feels so much like home simply because of the people/staff.

It's a very nice hotel and I've stayed for 12 days and it feels like home. I commend the effort of Mr KAMLESH and Mr SAMPATH. They always make me feel comfortable. The housekeeping and receptionist also are amazing.

It is great place to stay. The room are acceptable sizes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Tara the cleaner kept the room in super excellent condition and she is always welcoming. The stay is so pleasant including that needs more variety for the breakfast or at least wider range
