It has a great location and employees who are very interested. In correlation with this, of course, the hotel fee is higher than other hotels. The cleanliness of the room, towels, etc. was good. Breakfast is an open buffet and there is enough variety. It has a private beach that is beautiful and has sand. When the weather conditions are suitable, there may be an opportunity to eat on the beach for dinner. But the price is higher than the Kuwaiti average.

Very nice experience we had, friendly staff and atmosphere. very good for short family getaway. breakfast had a lot of options and staff especially (Cleifrd) was in another level of assistance and support during our time at breakfast. he should be promoted soon. In thr front desk, Mahfoth was excellent and supportive. we got a room upgraded which made our stay extra nice. highly recommended for quick and short family time

All the staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Mr. Islam who works at the reception and Mr. Rabih who works at the restaurant are very helpful. As soon as you enter the hotel, the wonderful scent of perfume hits your face. The rooms are clean and there is 24-hour room service. They do their best to make your holiday comfortable. The rooms are both large and luxurious. Although I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, I liked this place more. The pool is right next to the sea. you can use both at the same time. In addition, all services were affordable in terms of price. Location is very close to everywhere. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel had a driver meet me at the airport, Jaber. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the city. He answered all my questions, and also gave me a good overview of the areas we were driving in and what I could do in the city with my spare time. Thank you very much for making the last leg of the trip so pleasant! The hotel itself is energetic with an excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the private beach is amazing. Will definitely return when I'm able!

The best location is near to my house, there pool is huge and awesome you can rider food while your in the pool , the rooms is beautiful only in 30 minutes the room will be ready , there food is the best , there service is kind the hotel is clean , and other AWESOME stuff we had alot of fun bye!!

As members ,we always have a great time in marina hotel, and today was even better . My 2 years old enjoyed her day in the pool, beach and most importantly in the kids club. The kids club they have is so safe, trust worthy, clean and so much fun.

This is our first experience in the hotel and I can say that it will be our 1st choice for stay in Kuwait for future vacations. Very luxury quite secured place with a very friendly staff starting from security gate up to housekeepers.. you really feel welcome all time with their beautiful smiles and their eagerness to give any help/support. A very special thanks to: 1- the receptionist.. unfortunately I forgot his name 🥲 but he really was so professional and made sure that we have a great stay in the hotel ( we check in 14/1/2024) 2- beautiful REVATI for her excellent service .. she is very professional, she even knows what we drink and order it instantly !! A very pleasant hotel experience. Efficient airport collection by friendly staff. Large, modern and clean room with a sea view. Very nice pool and private beach area. Restaurant staff were very attentive at breakfast, particularly Rabih whom was always very helpful and courteous. My only disappointment with the hotel and surrounding area was the amount of plastic waste on both the nearby public beach and the private beach. I spent nearly an hour picking up plastic bottles, crisp packets and straws etc. from the private hotel beach because I hated to see it. I filled two trash cans with it. More signage about guests picking-up their own litter and more efforts to clean-up the beach would be welcomed

I have had great experience in hotel marina, the service is exceptional, the hotel is very well maintained, and clean, the staff at the breakfast hall were very helpful, staff member “Precious “ was of great help to us.I would like to add that just before checking out i was surprised that i had to be charged for the bicycles on site , 5kd each ! as well as them not being ready , the tiers had no air,not maintained ,i and my child had to wait 15 min for staff to go and fill the tiers with air! More over when on the beach guests have to also pay for local brand water! which should be complimentary! As for the pool towels are clean but all were stained! When i asked staff why are they like this,he told me this is the stain of tan lotion thats does not go with laundry. this should be addressed , As well as to my surprise to have to also pay for valet service for each night of stay to park my car! In excuse that the valet is an outsourced service While i am a guest in this hotel.kindly re consider the above as they do make a difference for guests in a 5 star hotel

Loved the view. The staff were ok. Food was fine (room service). Breakfast was served in the room no sweet or fruit. But the portion was big. There was few guests, not busy at all, still they forgot when we told them to bring water and few other things. The room and balcony are spacious. Definitely will come back.

Everything was good , the buffet didn't have variety, and the buffet area was outdated, the ac in the room was fixed on 19 but it still felt hot, we tried to lower the temperature but it wouldnt work. everything else was great.

Hotel is located at Marina Doc, surrounded by beautiful sea view. This is our first morning & we had breakfast at the "6 Palms". The food is good serves international cuisine & staff is also good. Really recommend when travelling to Kuwait.

Cliffard was very helpful during breakfast service. He offered to refill our drinks and even offered to get us something else to eat from the buffet which was so kind. He ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. Very lovely service!

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiteress there who had to be recognized publicly. Miss Precious was her name and she was phenomenal. she catered to the four children in the group. she was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgeable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. Very good hotel and perfect hospitality. However, since the hotel was built from scratch, there is no shades for the parking spaces for the guests and the ones with shades are reserved for gym members only. We all know Kuwait weather in summer with extreme heat, so if you have your own car it is not a good idea to bring or park it there

This was a quick break for me and my family. The hotel location is very nice and the room was amazing!. The staff were outstanding at all levels! Shoutout to Mr. Rabih from the breakfast buffet, he was very helpful. Will definitely come back again. Things to consider enhancing in the future: 1) The hair dryer in the bathroom should be enhanced 2) one of the phones in the room was not working properly 3) change the TVs and upgrade them to the latest ones available 4) Beach service should be extended up to 8 or 9 pm.

My family and I booked for the weekend. We had a very good time. We booked the beach acess room and the kids enjoyed that because they can go blay and go to the beach easily. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was delicious and there was variety of food. The staff was friendly and cooperative.

- Excellent location. The Marina Beach, coffee shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The Avenues Mall is 30 minutes away by car. - Free parking - Very good breakfast. There are a lot of good food options and the service is one of the best I've seen; "Rabie" in particular was very helpful. - Nice quiet room with a balcony, comfortable bed and a big bathroom. You also have the typical amenities and toiletries.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is excellent and the beach is good. They has lovely events at the beach and the facilities were great. I just wish the heated pool outside was warm enough (during winter). The breakfast is good as well. Mr. Rabee (ربيع) was very helpful.

I was here for 3 nights and 4 days and i was also conducting a training for +75 people. I had utmost support from every staff member. The hotel is located perfectly. The facilities are amazing. Restaurant staff are VERY friendly and helpful, especially with my baby. The only thing is I'd expect the valet to park our cars for such price that we are paying for the stay.

I enjoyed staying here at the marina hotel. It is such a beautiful place with such a great complete staff. I saw one of the staff members which her name was (precious). She was so lovely. I have one note which really upsets me, this hotel have a policy where I can't order any delivery or food from outside the hotel! So wired.
