The food is definitely delicious. Outstanding flavor and very impressive and daring combinations you normally don't see or taste . The theatrics of each dish were entertaining, but I found the use of liquid nitrogen a bit much. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and attended to our needs. Although I feel they were a bit rushed in their presentation, we were served in timely manner and all the food was delicious and well made. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

My wife always says you first eat with your eyes - this place is a sensory treat - food that’s great to look at, even better to taste and they spare nothing when it comes to the dramatics when serving. Very friendly staff - great location and great food. I did however feel that the starters were much more tastier and were super awesome, but the main course was average. For starters we ordered the modernist Chaat Trolley, lamb chops, chicken khurchan, wagyu boti kebab, corn and fenugreek cutlet and chicken briyani and beef short ribs Goan curry. The briyani had flavor but sweet and the short ribs Goan curry didn’t really taste Goan. 5 stars warranted none the less as it was surely a good experience.

And it's almost like they are watching you with hawk eyes just so you keep your fork down that they can whisk the plates away. Makes enjoying the food a little difficult. The theatrics involving liquid nitrogen and dry ice are fun but if you are going to visit more than once then that won't impress you again. The tables are a little small to be the stage for these theatrical presentations if there are more than a couple of guests at a table. They need to earn that fifth star though.

The food is awesome and the presentation to go by it are something seen very rarely. I would highly recommend pepper prawns and beef boti in starters and butter chicken and birbal ki khicdi in main course. Overall, the drinks are fascinating. I personally loved the soda bottle and the pina colada. Though high end and a tad bit expensive definitely a must visit. Being from India I personally feel that a lot of time and effort has been given to each dish on offer wrt not only the taste but also it’s presentation. The current offer is 25 KD pp for a set menu offering a 9 course meal.

The price felt a bit on the higher side. Especially the biriyani didn't taste that good for 10KD. The fusion touch was a nice thing to do. The supervisor on the floor(don't remember the name 😅) was so attentive and made sure that we are getting the best experience possible. Even the head bar tender took his time to come to the table in order to get the feedback on the drinks. Overall it is a great place to have a good experience once in a while and you won't regret it. I would have gone there once a week, but it's the price which is holding me back. Thanks ☺
