Wonderful food, flavors are suburb. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is done very well, the bathrooms are clean and the interior design is beautiful. We sat outside and tried so many dishes. The staff was helpful and kind. My only comment would be that the lower outside and dining area handicap accessible but the upstairs are not, this is difficult as the washrooms are upstairs.

It's Armenian food, basically very similar to syrian and Lebanese food with some "special dishes" The food quality is great, portions are generous, and service is good

I have been to this place so many times now I recommended to so many people and they always come back with great feedback because I honestly believe that this is my to go to Lebanese restaurant in Kuwait along with another, but this place has not failed when it comes to service food quality and pricing are very consistent which is something that is wonderful to have

Its a beachside Lebanese restaurant in Salwa side near to Move'n Pick. Food served was with variety in presentation and taste. Its an ideal romantic place for young couples for a Meetup / Dinner / Lunch. The parking can be a challenge at times. Preferrably park near TGI and Taal India restaurants and have a pleasant walk..

A pepsi can costs kd1.15/-. - good staff, although i waited for a while before someone came to take me and my guest to our reserved table. - available parking, but it's honestly almost impossible to find a parking at that place. - they changed their old location which was much nicer to this one. I didn't like it as much as the 1st one.

Not many people during dinner time on Saturday. This restaurant has nice setup and comfortable environment. Smoking area at first floor. Food: Shish Taouk (KD 4.45) - chicken breast cubes were nicely cooked and taste ok. Bread too hard. Lamb Shank with Oriental Rice (KD 5.75) - portion too big for me. Lamb a bit dry.

For Lebanese food this is the place to be. They got an Armenian fusion with Lebanese food in some of their dishes. I love this place. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly, service is excellent, prices are reasonable and the ambiance is relaxing. Recommended dishes are kibbe nayeh, hummus, mtabal mayass, cheese borak, cherry kabab, ribs, and everything else.

went there on the last day of Ramadan didn’t have reservation because I kept calling and no one answered. Then they told me it’s a set menu during Ramadan ! 13 KD per person although the restaurant wasn’t busy. So I ordered take out and waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes.. They could simply let my order! BUT NO it’s a set menu till 8 pm and I arrived at 7 pm ! above all they gave the wrong order

It was a good breakfast tray for two. Hmm, actually it was good for four person😂 We are lucky to spot this quiet and relaxing outdoor ambiance. Yes we did try almost on that tray. The warm bread keeps coming too. We enjoyed a lot the food while having a good a chat with each other❤️ We are happy they told us they were open!😂

Nice place, Service is great Food is good, but the Ramadan set menu doesn't include any of Mayyass's signature plates, except for the Mante, so I won't judge on what I had tonight.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Lebanese/Armenian restaurant located in the Albid'e area. The ambiance was pleasant and relaxing, especially when we sat outside. The breakfast tray we ordered was enough to feed a group of four and we enjoyed the warm bread that kept coming. The staff were friendly and helpful, though we did have to wait a while to be seated. The food was truly wonderful, with flavors that were beyond compare. We tried several dishes and all of them were delicious. The interior of the restaurant was beautifully designed and the bathrooms were clean. However, I did find it disappointing that the upstairs dining area and washrooms were not accessible for people with disabilities. One thing that bothered me was the expensive prices in comparison to other Lebanese restaurants. For instance, a can of Pepsi cost KD1.15/-. Additionally, parking was available, but it was difficult to find a spot nearby. Overall, while I did enjoy my dining experience at this restaurant, I must say that I preferred their previous location over the current one. Nonetheless, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty Lebanese/Armenian meal with a nice outdoor atmosphere.

All time favorite Armani restaurant Nice verity of food my fav main is the kastella (ريش) Hummus is to die for Their fresh complimentary bread is just perfection Waiters are friendly we got the wrong dish and was given it for free. The place moved from the sea side to the front so finding a parking in peak hours will be difficult but otherwise a lovely experience always

Ordered through talabat. We ordered tawook and fattoush. Fattoush was too sour and tawook came without fries or any other side (first time I get such a thing). Honestly money wasted

I visited their new location. The atmosphere is nice although the music was a bit annoying. The food was good, but limited selection compared to the old location especially for the salads and appetizers. Service was great. Would definitely visit again
