I don't think it's worthy of a 4 star. The gym says it will be open at 8 but it opens late. Complementary water is not available. I've been to several hotels all around the world, water is a given. Not here. Their breakfast is good. Rooms are okay. They don't clean it. You have to ask them to clean it. It's okay but not the best.

Im working here in Spa massage

So I went in for a massage at this place. That was my worst massage experience ever. The masseuse was inexperienced, the room was not very inviting, the ambience was totally non-relaxing (I could hear cars passing by down on the street during my session). And after I was done, I wanted to take a shower and the shower was cold as ice, there was no soap. A disaster of an experience.. I am never coming back to this place again.

Very nice apartments with excellent value location is little-bet far-away from Kuwait City

It’s a “Hit & a Miss” with Wahaj Hotel, you never know when you’ll have a good time or not. Its location inside Mahboula Kuwait is 3 stars out of 5. They have some pretty good parking, great staff, good rooms and the place is mostly clean. I hope they’ll improve their food service on the 20th floor where the restaurant is located. Overall, a good, cheap hotel to stay at, I hope they’ll add more items on their food menu.

- Beds are too small - and the beds its not comfortable - the furniture all of them are very bad some of them are broken - the prices expensive comparing for the rooms and clean and furniture.

Excellent value for the money..family friendly suite. Away from city center. Very friendly staff and eager to be helpful. One downside, do not like the policy of requesting passport as a security deposit. No where in the world experience that before even in the other gulf states.

WORST STAY, DO NOT STAY HERE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON, THEIR PAID EXTRA BED IS A PIECE OF WOOD. WHAT A SCAM

An average Hotel apartment with a decent price... The property is a newly refurbished one with decent room and clean bathroom.. the internet connection was ok....... A big turndown is that they don't have coffee n tea in room eventough they have placed a kettle in the room n also they don't offer complimentary water...... Also there is no restaurant in the hotel n nearby the property there is no good restaurants.... It's an average property suitable for travellers looking for a decent room to sleep n leave in the morning. The room rates offered are very attractive n is really worth the money.......

Who would give this place anything over 1 Star? I’m currently there, not because I want to, because my company forced me to. Not gonna go into details, just do a sniff test on anything that you put your face on in your room. Also, apparently you have to ask for someone to come and change your sheets and clean the room, otherwise no one will touch it. I’ll include more pics when I get back there.

Good and clean hotel with acceptable price

It's a budget hotel that is located in Almahboula area, I'll mention below what I liked about it and what I disliked: Pros - The room's price is reasonable. - Average WiFi (But still free 😉). _ Air condition. - Cafe's menu prices compared to what I saw so far are fairly reasonable. - The staff are friendly. - Got its own parking. - Location is not far from the beach and Al-Kout Mall (10 Minutes drive by car). Cons - Not that much of space. - Old furniture that were clearly wearing off. - Not that much of view, surrounded by buildings.

Way too many rules. There is no late check-out. The breakfast was not so good.

Excellent service. Very clean. Treated like royalty by staff. Privacy respected. Good for families. Only issue is couches not very comfortable! But hey if that's the only issue then it's very darn good place.

Great view .. the food was fine could be better

Its not the best around 4 star hotel. Rooms are good but bed is not that much good and the service is good. They have not provided cold water during the hot season in the bathroom.
