Booked the hotel for a one night stay with friends and it was a disaster. From the reviews it looked a good decision and it looked that way until we got into the room. The first thing we noticed was that the room was super cold and we couldn't turn off the air con. So we had to ask for heaters. The single beds apart from being on the narrow side had springy mattresses which made for quite an uncomfortable sleep. Then we realised there was no hot water when it came to shower and had to wait half an hour for that to be fixed. Later on that day the toilets wouldn't flush. It went from bad to worse. The breakfast was ok.

Its great for staycation as it has swimming pool its kids friendly.. My kids loved this place Lovely ambience,Hotel rooms are neat and clean,hotel smells so fresh all the time. Plus really quiet place if u r looking for a nice and relaxed weekend out must visit this place👍

Nice, clean and cozy hotel highly recommended for families. Most of all, rate is very reasonable. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, with the special mention to Reem and Munira. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable weekend with my family.

An average service apartment. Breakfast fast is also average. Rooms and kitchen are spacious and clean. They have all the appliances and utensils in kitchen. The have have a decent coffee shop in the ground floor too. They have to improve the room service badly. Room service will be done only if the guest is insisting. Otherwise.... They keep the used plates with food in corridor for 1-2 days!!!!

Nice budgeted hotel for the family and business.... Location is very convenient. Breakfast need to be improved. Rest everything is great.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in an apartment. The location aren't that good but the best thing in it is that there is no too much traffic there. The staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the apartment was okay, but the worst is the beds. Honestly one of the worst beds i have slept on.

Its only good and average stay. Dont expect too good service from staff. Breakfasts served in the room as they dont have the space for small restaurant for guests where they can have breakfast. There are many other choices for hotels in Kuwait. Mahboula area is quite dusty, dirty & unhygenic to stay. Hotel location is not good.

It is an apartment converted to furnished rooms. No breakfast lunch or dinner is served here. Small rooms with absolutely no view as it is surrounded by neighbouring buildings.

It was very recommendable. The staff are accomodating and flexible to the needs of the guest. It is worth of stay.. very affordable and yet very clean and comfy. My family really enjoy our stay here in Leaders Plaza

I stayed at the leaders plaza for one night and it was a work trip, which was fine,however, if it was a pleasure trip I wouldn't have stayed there. Rooms were big but dated and the furniture felt a bit on the overly used side, and beds were below average, overall they were ok.
