The receptionist called at 1:30 am to tell me that i didn't pay for this night, even though i offer to pay in advance and he said that would not be necessary.

Mind blowing place to relax specially the Duplex good for family huge space

Nice and clean with an excellent assistance, greetings and help. The only thing i did not like is the looking if you are looking for a window view. Otherwise it a great place to stay at. I also advice for thise ones will be stsying in the future. zmake sure you tell the reception or from the place your booking to get a front from face the main road not the back of the hotel. worst experience ever!!!! they weren’t polite at all!! they called at 1:30 am with the loudest phone ever just to ask for the rent?? we didn’t even check out and they’re asking for it...?? such poor customer service. i won’t suggest iy to anyone

I loved everything in that hotel it's so beautiful not only outside but also inside ,gays who are out there and you have not yet visited it you better hurry and book your rooms am sure you will get the best services,wish you luck mwaaaa
