Not satisfied with this branch. No welcomes to customers. No smiles to customers. They have given good treatment for Arabic nationalities. But for others no such hospitality. We are also customers to buy with our own earned money... Try to understand... Discrimination Services...

Quick service and hot & tasty food

The order delivery was quick 👍 And Have a spacious indoor dine in space upstairs.Good choice if you have plans to dine in with a group of Family/friends.

Good place to share happiness with your friends... But the service is poor...sometimes they not treat us like an customer.... May be next time i think they will behave properly other wise will never choose that franchise to spend our time...

Food and service is good but wash room is not hygienic. Note KFC to keep wash room clean and tidy.

A nice fried chicken, the chicken was delicious, bread is good , french fries also tasty and coleslaw is very nice. The prices are above average but similar to fast food restaurant, the average of a meal for person is 2Kwd , we ordered the super meal 4.85 kwd with 9 PC's, French fries, coleslaw, 1liter Pepsi, bread and it was nice.

Always a smart choice for fast food with friends or family on a budget . My only complaint is having to pay now for bread buns. It's not OK to me. I know costs fave risen but the chicken and fries gave shrunk in size as well. Even condiments and all that .

Absolutely horrible customer service, all 4 of my burgers were missing the chicken strip in between and when I complained to the kfcare caller I was told to wait for a call from the branch but never received any for both the times that I complained. I’m just appalled by this behavior from such an establishment.

Good Ambiance, recommended for families and groups of people. Customer service is good. Parking facilities are available. Easy to access from the road. Neat and clean.

This place is amazing for family or big group of people... Peacefull, amazing atmosphere, plenty of parking, no traffic issues.... Calm and chill place

Always I’m visit there but this time I’m not satisfied because of food

After I ordered a kfc, even after an hour, the order was not delivered. It was also shown as delivery on the app, then when I called the customer care and tracked it, the delivery was received after 02:30 hrs.

Good but the chicken had to much oil, and was cooked long time before served.

A nice place to dine in and friendly staff willing to listen and provide you with meals in a manner of minutes

Spacious dining area at Mahboula. KFC always being a partner in crime. Making us feel guilty pleasure when opt for junks.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend to visit this KFC. They always put the most tiniest pieces, i paid 6 kd for bucket that means you have to give me big pieces as well. When I complained to customer support, they said they would call back but never did. Absolutely terrible. Never visiting this spot again

Very fast service and good staff

Even-though this outlet is not so crowded but they do not fry the chicken properly. I face it unfortunately several time..

I had a poor experiance with this branch. Employees were not cooperative, requested drink was not available and chicken was not up to the mark, not very testy like before. Although this is the only branch in mahboula and abuhalifa but still i would say Please ignore this branch.

Wash rooms could been more clean

They Gave a wrong order due to a technical Glitch, which is between them and Talabat... they gave the wrong order twice on different occasions.... The Restaurant Manager of Mahboula is rude. Not the way to treat customers @KFC.... We are paying for what we ordered and that's what we want. We don't want what you force us on.

Served food not fresh for me. Tasted like chicken fried some moment before sunrise and served noon. Not enough lighting inside. Not recommended for who need a great ambience.
