This place is famous for creating % signs on the floor and some parts of the seating area when the sun shines. The % sign represents their logo. The view is worth watching depending on the season you visit. You can visit during the early hours of the morning and enjoy a wholesome breakfast. Their Spanish latte is one of their best seller and a personal favorite👍❤️

Nice place for coffee but need to have decaf caffe and more fresh juice options

I really like Arabica .. but this branch is very noisy at the morning with all the alarms and loud ring tones of the delivery apps devices .. its really not a place to set and enjoy a cup of coffee before work .. I came here at the morning to have a cup of coffee and read my book and was totally disappointed with all the noise ..

Coffee is good, ambiance is amazing .. it would be wonderful idea to consider renting it for special events! Car service is available, parking spots are very limited with high chance someone will block your car so pay attention. unlike other branches i didn't notice availability of restroom. I recommend it during early morning time.

Real I love this location . Very quiet 🤫 , in another way it’s so small not except more than 5 to 6 people customer . I love flat white , with a salted caramel brownie cake 🍰 It’s amazing 😍 . The chair and table is not good for a laptop or a study or meeting.
