This is my third time staying here...it's fantastic. The restaurants within the hotel are good. The gym is close by and has plenty of equipment to keep you in shape! The lounge on the 8th floor is the best part. Tiny Tracy (*******) the hostess is fun, professional and customer service oriented! If you are an IHG Club Member, you should add this to your list of places to stay! Definitely recommend!!

We enjoy having breakfast at the Silk Restaurant especially during weekends.. The food selection is excellent. We love the ambiance. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. A very good place to meet friends and family over a breakfast. These are the reasons that keep us going back .

Cleanliness very well maintained. Nice and awesome ambience... Restaurant staffs are very polite... As the original restaurant closed, we were in search of the restaurant... One of the restaurant staff took us to the newly arranged restaurant. No words to thank. About food: Very expensive... Even the water (ABC) which is manufactured outside, charging 15 times more. I agree that it is a five star hotel. But I Just shared my opinion that's all.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is top notch! It is not the most quiet hotel by any means, but it is peaceful and the lobby is beautiful! I enjoy the pool and variety of restaurants. Elegant, quiet and well-organised hotel, ideal for those who want to stay a short distance from the airport (free shuttle service is good). I stayed in a "diplomatic" room, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff, good quality breakfast with good variety of food. Inside the hotel there are 4 or 5 restaurants which are also of a good standard, hotel guests can also use the nice adjacent swimming pool and gym. The Spa is also very nice (entrance with admission fee).

I had the best time at this hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful especially Sarah and Mariana at the front desk, both girls were nice, professional and presentable. They explained all the amenities to us, showed us around and made checking in and out a breeze. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It’s clean safe, great amenities and staff is super friendly.

We had an incredible time staying at the Crowne. The front desk concierge (Sara) was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. She made checking in and out super easy. Also Vinay was fantastic with arranging our transportation and helping with luggage. 5 stars all around! Can’t wait to come back to the Crowne Plaza Kuwait!

This hotel is my favorite. Everyone is lovely. They go above and beyond to make sure you are recovering the best service possible. Even when I left my phone in a Taxi, everyone including the hotel manager worked so hard to make sure I will get my phone back. It was extremely assuring to see I was not alone there and they didn't treat me like a guest, they treated me like a friend. And I will never forget how amazing my experience hasbeen here.

Tracy and Lovely at the executive lounge were very accommodating both with a smile but mainly with ability to arrange whatever we asked. Very efficient, polite, and respectful. I stay here regularly for work. This trip I was given a suit. The suit was gorgeous. In the past I have received the standard room. Which was also lovely. The breakfast buffet is great. It has one of the best gyms I have seen for a hotel, stacked with all the equipment a bodybuilder could hope for. The spa and aqua pool are worth the visit too. The staff Sara, Rawan and Ken were helpful and pleasant. Look forward to my next visit.

When I visited this establishment, Joy greeted me at the front desk, and I have to mention that her service was simply outstanding! Joy greeted me with a friendly smile as soon as I stepped in, which put me at ease right away. Hello all, I am very glad to share my experience of staying in Holiday Inn Al Thuraya city. Rooms, breakfast and other facilities are excellent. Staff are so polite and professional especially beautiful Ms Heba. She is very helpful and supportive no matter how she is busy. I really appreciate her for all her efforts and help and I wish her higher management will appreciate her also for the excellent job.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza when we first moved to Kuwait City. It was such a wonderful experience that there was no doubt we would stay here when it came time to move back to the United States. Our stay has been exceptional! Mariana at the reception desk greeted us warmly and made sure all our needs were taken care of throughout the entire week. This included allowing us to pre-pay so we'd have a receipt for company reimbursement, arranging for our late checkout, holding our luggage until our departure for the airport to fly home, and arranging for the shuttle to take us there late into the evening. From arrival to departure we received the finest treatment. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kuwait!

It was a very good experience there . The place is very nice to stay . Rooms were all neat and clean . And service wise it was on top all the people of there satff was very nice and cooperative especially the guy from room service SANJAY he was very polite and well behaved . Booked a quick hotel stay for business and I must say I did the right choice. Facilities are amazing eventhough it was a short stay, I never felt like it was for business. There is an ample choice of restaurant and you do not really have to go out but what made this stay an amazing one is Joy from reception. We enjoyed a really restful stay, and felt very much at home. I wanted to commend a particularly efficient and hard working employee I understand to be called Malik. Despite being so incredibly busy, he looked after a great many tables in the busy restaurant with diligence and he took very good care of our group with very efficient service. He even found time to arrange for chocolate cake to be sent to my room after dinner which was greatly appreciated! He is to be highly praised for his calm attention to superb guest service, despite the team being so obviously short staffed. We had a great dinner and felt very much at home. Lana working at reception was equally charming - made check out swift and easy. I hope these comments can be conveyed to the staff members concerned. I stayed at Crown Plaza during a business travel and I had a relaxing and very pleasant stay, with excellent service. From the time I stepped in I was welcomed and assisted by a friendly front desk staff, elegantly and efficiently guided by Ms Adeluz Ernie. My room was always very clean and comfortable; the several different restaurants available inside the hotel are an uncommon added value. To be mentioned also the unique SPA and the gym with always available trainers. I appreciated the personalized attention received during my stay from all staff; I think this is a place where to return!

It’s my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Al Thuraya City in Kuwait and I am again very impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Special thanks to Tracy in the Club Lounge who was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Excellent selection of evening Canapés. The hotel itself is part of a huge complex. Even though built in the 1980s it's well maintained and has been continuously updated and upgraded. guests can use the extensive third party gum next door with a huge indoor and outdoor pool.

last week we tried silk restaurant for the first time, it was recommended by a friend of ours who takes breakfast every week, the buffet was great and have a wide variety of hot dishes, cold dishes and fruits, my favorite was the eggs live station. First we were greeted and escorted by the manager Kaushal, and we were served by Shiva and Anthony who gave us a very elegant service, Silk is now my new favorite breakfast place in Kuwait. see you in a month

Ramadan Kareem folks! This Hotel is a prime landmark situated in Farwaniyah, Block 6. Very glad to say that it is The Crowne Plaza that brightens up the entire area and surroundings 24/7. You can be assured to be safe at midnight hours too. Another wonderful insight is that it is a happening place. Some or the other Events happen. The staffs are very hospitable, some strict but good with their guests. Their Restaurants are A1. Amazingly all the festivals are celebrated. The Lobby is so fascinating during the festivals. And in recent years, there have been pool parties reminding one of how joyful life can be.. Now it is a 5 Star so it fullfills completely... If you wanna unwind sometime visit Thuraya City!!! 🤟🤩💯👍

I was attending meeting and had stayed for 5days but i stayed more than a week and had relaxed vacation and had very good and lovely environment. Edge fitness gym is usually clean and always attended by the staff making sure the locker rooms are tidy and kept up. Suresh is always doing his job well, and always greets guests with a smile.
