The photos shown were so different from reality, we came here expecting the rooms to be bright and colorful but was shocked with the dirty, weary furniture. We stayed for 4 nights and got our room cleaned twice, but they never cleaned it properly. The bathrooms always looked dusty. Some lights in the room weren't working, it would be better if they were checked everytime. Another thing is the entrance to the hotel was very confusing, had to go around multiple times to find it. I wish there were signs to lead us as tourists. In my opinion, this hotel could be a 3 or 4 star but not a 5 star. Came here for vacation and relaxation but was very much disappointed!

I booked a Symphony suite with extra bed and confirmed the extra bed one day before arrival. On check in I requested again the extra bed and two times more the same day. When I arrived back at hotel at 10 pm, it was not there. I was on the phone until 12 pm midnight trying to get the bed. Eventually I had a fight with their duty manager. Coincidentally I met the hotel General Manager on the of departure and I told him about my ordeal. He promised to investigate. I will never book again in that hotel.

I tried to book appointment for massage in the spa of this hotel. It was totally unsuccessful.
