I stayed for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is great. 200 meters away from Mubarakiya. I saw some comments complaining about the parking but frankly it's not the hotel's fault as the area infront of the hotel is a ongoing construction site. The hotel is a bit old but clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good, not great but good. I recommend the hotel if you are visiting Kuwait for a short stay.

Great hotel and amazing staff. Everybody was super friendly , rooms were clean and the view was awesome. Also , hotel’s position is great for visiting Kuwait City.

I'm surprised this hotel isn't rated better. I had a wonderful stay here! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is great close to many restaurants and markets all at an affordable price!

Good hotel, very friendly staff, helped with everything we needed — let us leave our baggage after check out and helped with a taxi to the airport. Unexpectedly great and delicious breakfast — everything we tried was good quality and fresh. I've added a picture with an evening view from our room✨

I have stayed here for one month, and the beat point is the location ,the staff was courteous and polite. The rooms are were large and the comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite good and they have ample variety to satisfy one's taste buds. Although they are not operating with the restaurant but one can have wide variety if restaurant and cafes near by. All in all a good choice in the price they are charging.

Had a good stay. Staff were professional and friendly. Room was tidy. The location was good, close to the markets and everything we wanted to see in walking distance.

Price is good, gotta good deal booking a flight and 4 night stay. Service is average. But employees are polite and professional. When I booked; it said 'breakfast included' but it wasn't. Manager said ' restaurant is closed. Good proximity to kuwait city down town. The view is 4.5 starts. Really good. It was dusty when I arrived, that's why pictures look like that.

Great location, not quite sure why there’s so many negative reviews as the place is affordable and centrally located. Yes the rooms aren’t 5*, but it has everything you need. The bed in my room was really comfy, the shower was hot and with good pressure and let’s face it anything else is a luxury! Only “criticism” would be that as I was located on the front of the property the roads give off a bit of noise but it didn’t bother me too much. What did bother me was that the curtains didn’t fully close so I had to wear an eye mask. Overall though I had a good stay and the hotel kindly arranged a taxi to meet me at the airport, even though I arranged it months in advance they fulfilled it. Great service.

Great location, everything is nearby. Room was clean and bed comfy. Kind staff at the reception and also cleaning staff. Reception runs 24/7.

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews about the hotel itself but for a short stay, I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful. An airport pick up was arranged in a nice SUV and the airport dropoff was a taxi. It's a 3 star hotel so remember you won't get the same as a higher rated hotel like conditioner, lotion, bathrobe, slippers, etc. The shower water didn't drain as fast however, they provided a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash and complimentary water bottles. Few stains on sides of the bed but otherwise comfortable. Wifi was good and fast. I enjoyed the skyline city view both in the daytime and at night (can see Kuwait towers in the distance too). The best part was the location which seems to reflect the price. Walking distance to both Souq Mubarakiyya and the Grand Mosque (at least 5 minutes). Two mosques behind the hotel, one Sunni and one huge Shia one. The National Museum & Harbor Walk is also walking distance (20-30 mins maybe) or a quick 1-1.5 KWD taxi ride away as is Al Shaheed Park and Assima Mall. Lots of restaurants, cafes, & corner store options available and even a bus stop for public transportation options. An all around great location and comfortable stay.

Just checked out. I stayed 4 nights. 5 star rooms extra clean, modern, 5 star view, 5 star personnel, 5 star LOCATION (grand mosque, seif, Souq Sharq Mall and old port, mubarkyia market and assima mall in walking distance). No problem with parking. Was just going behind the hotel at the parking and drop off the keys to an assistant. Breakfast was good

Great Hotel, close to almost everything there is to see and a lot of markets and shops nearby. Friendly staff, can help u with a lot of things and 24/7. I stay for 14 days, but if I go again to Kuwait, I will book again with this hotel.

Great place to stay specially if you have business with Banks in Kuwait. They are all in vicinity. Also, there are couple of coffee joints and Baitak Mall to kill spare time.

Staff is friendly and professional. Room I stayed is good and enough space. The view is good. About cleaning, it could be better. But the location is perfect!

It has good central location in Kuwait City if you do business with banks. Good people, better service & best coffee shops nearby. The rooms are not so spacious.

Very clean and amazing kind staff very respectful me and my mom enjoyed our stay and safe aswell we left all our belongings @ hotel for hours and housekeeping never touched any of our items.

Amazing staff that cater to your every need. Very kind and respectful. The staff are attentative and very polite. The location is great. A 5 min walk to Mubarakiyyah Souk. A block away from the Grand Mosque and a short taxi ride to the Kuwait Towers. The breakfast was really good. You can request eggs cooked a variety of ways from the kitchen. The room had a couple of issues. The AC was loud and the heat function didn't work. The hotel gave us a radiator almost immediately.

The hotel is clean and close to the market area. But it needed a renovation, everything in the rooms is old. Seems they steady it now. The breakfast is really good.

Quite an old hotel. Needs a lot of renovation. Wifi is fast. The parking lot is good at night. You can find a lot of places. But during day hours it is disaster. You have to turn several times to find an empty place or leave your key to the guy to change the place of your car if needed. Facilities in the room is very poor. Towels are small. No hair dryer. They offer free water.

My stay in the hotel is for 4 days. Pros : Friendly staff, They helped and guided a lot since I am new to Kuwait. Hotel located in prime location but finding parking is bit difficult. Internet connectivity is very good.Water and complementary tea/cofee packets provided on request Cons : No restaurant available in hotel.Rooms and very compact.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond, the room was perfectly adequate for the quite low price, sort of quaint and rustic looking, but spotlessly clean. I really liked the breakfast, and the location is great. Nice and central, a stone's throw from the souq, surrounded by a huge variety of cool cafés, and the x3 bus (costing only 1 Kuwaiti dinar, i. e. 3 Euros) goes straight from the airport exactly to the hotel, the bus stop is not even 50 metres walk away from the hotel entrance!

Perfect location for a great price. Very accommodating to any request you may have. However, my room did smell of stale cigarette smoke despite asking for a non smoking room.. .. there was also an ash tray in the room??

The hotel's main advantage is its proximity to Almubarkia Old Market. The room and the bathroom were very small. The amenities. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wait for someone to serve us.

Had been here for dinner...food is okayish, the ambiance is good feels like houseboat...completely made of wood. The worst part was the air condition, it was not performing. Staff were friendly but food takes lot of time.

Bad Service and not helpful staff at all they are not nogatiated to take another room as they have availability!! not Recommended for Family specifically as they didn’t circumstances. There are many options better that this one with better prices.
