I love it here! Because of the occasional condensation on my door and hallways or the sagging roof in my hallway, I'd give it only 4.5 stars. Yet, if you can live here, do not hesitate to move in! You'll be glad that you did. This is easily the best expat accommodation in Kuwait. The living rivals the living of most affluent areas. Here's why... Pro: The gym is the same quality as any other that one would pay a membership to attend. There are even handball courts, a basketball court and a tennis court. Pro: There are two self-cleaning pools, on the oversized balcony on the second floor. It's beautiful! Pro: The security detail is great, as well. There is at least one guard covering EVERY entrance, a 24 hour cleaning crew and emergency staff, in case something breaks. I feel safe and the sanitation of the common areas are hotel-standard.

Ok as an American, I give this 4 stars. The reason why is because most westerners would like wifi throughout their hotels. Let's face it, if you live here you are doing it for free. The internet service with your own wifi is extremely bad. However, it has a nice gym, a nice pool and even nice rooms to sleep in. If you clean up after yourself, it's not bad at all. A few nice food shops and places to eat around here make this place a very convenient place to live.

Opposite to the Sea is the best positive of this place. If you are above 12th or 13th floor, then view is superb. This place is also very clean and it has nice swimming pool as well.

What a project. it has all the facilities that you require for the rezidents: A huge pool area, spa, squash courts, tennis and basketball courts. Meeting rooms with 223 furnished rooms and suites that have small kitchenettes. Nice location facing the sea in al fintas area.

Big pool and very clean bldg. My friend lives there so I visit her and saw.the huge area.

Nice business office my company uses then and apartments as well. Good location easy access to money exchanges and businesses and many restuarants as well.
