Such an amazing experience and a must do while in Kuwait! I took the Regular English tour and was the only one that day so felt like a VIP tour. You will be accompanied throughout your visit with 2-3 very well trained guides who will conduct the tour and answer any questions you might have. The tour took 2 hours and included many interactive exhibits and a few short films. You will see replica of the rooms destroyed during the invasion and a museum about the history of Kuwait through its rules. Photography is unfortunately forbidden and only allowed in the foyer. Parking is from Jamal abd Alnasser entrance where you will find underground parking. There is a Starbucks inside the waiting area! As a suggestion to the palace’s management. Please offer follow up tickets to visit the museum and spend more time exploring the various exhibits without a tour. There is so much to see in 2 hours!

A really excellent and informative tour that needs to be pre booked. The inside is beautiful. Amazing chandelier, actually everything is beautiful inside. It has hosted 160 foreign dignitaries including Q Elizabeth Charles and even P Diana. It was destroyed by the Iraqis then rebuilt. The guide was smart articulate (and very pretty 😊).

I arrived and a guard said "you have to book a ticket online." I explained that i had no internet so he said he'd do it for me and come back the next day. Next day they had no idea what i was talking about. Eventually they reached an operator who said "closed for covid". Really love how they wasted my time

It's an amazing museum showcasing Kuwait's history since it's raise as a City in 1613, to the independent state in 1716, the wars Kuwait fought in, the major events like the plague and pearl diving disasters! It's a truly wonderful building that utilizes the most advanced and modern technology to showcase history. And if you're lucky there might be an exhibition with the ancient artifacts from the great Subiyah Desert and the historical Failaka Island!

Impossible to book to visit only accept Kuwait crédit card. When i went there it took me 30 min to be able to talk to someone because the security didn't want to call me any one from their office. I was told that they didn't accept cash or payement with credit card but could only Book online. Which is great if you don't have a koweiti bank card.... Don't bother to go there if you are unable to pay online. they will not help you.

Responsive company and the car corresponded well to my requests (booster seat, family car). Everything went very well and I was able to return the car directly to the airport which was very convenient. Serious company and good value for money, I recommend this company.
