The place is meant for concerts, live shows, etc. But not a whole lot actually happens here. There are some circus shows, stand up comedy and theatre dramas that happen but many a times, shows from famous artists end up getting cancelled because they can't express themselves freely. Another issue would be the tickets, the capacity is small so they sell out quickly and those that don't sell are mostly prohibitively expensive and is only afforded to the rich. As of writing this, it's basically become a glorified food court as those are the only things functioning here. All the restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating and every hour the musical fountain plays some random music. It's not all bad though, as it is a very photography friendly place.

To visit the cutlural centre you have to cross floors and move from restaurant open area towards the cultural center parking.

This place has a park that’s beautiful albeit a bit small. The fountain is neat and there’s a bunch of restaurants, but they all have the same vibe and aren’t really very diverse appearance wise.

Parking is easy and convenient in the underground parking area.
