Pathetic customer service . Very bad experience , got refund of my booking after continuous followups of 6 months and fights. ( he was holding refund amount even after refund from hotel was credited ! For more than 4 months ) One Mr .Shibu Thomas ceasar travels (manager leisure ) . Amidst pandemic he cheated many ! Including many of my friends ! There will be many people with similar experience ! He donno the civilized way of dealing with people !! Guys beware and take care.. Not recommended ..!

We had a wonderful experience during our trips to Azerbaijan and Georgia through Caesars tours and travels. Ashique, Rattan and Hari did an amazing job in arranging everything during our trip. The local tour guide was a genuine person and the hotel arrangement and local transportation to destinations and site seeing was well arranged. We had a great time travelling and we will definitely recommend Caesars to our friends, family and all loved ones.

Went for Dubai tour (7-night 8 days package with Ceasers Travels). Mr. Ashique was our coordinator for the tour. He was very helpful in customizing our tour package. I have booked the holiday package through Caesars Holidays, Mr. Ashique from Caesars guided the package. Overall experience was good. Arrangements were nice, some small insignificant issue were there in travel coordination. In terms of economical aspect, I felt might have done the individual ride booking through online will be the cheaper option but coordinating will be difficult part if you go with family.
