Sorry to say .. we picked it up for a few days but it was not what we expected. The street was so so noisy almost 24/7 . the suites don’t have double glass window to keep the noise out . The rooms so old and the electricity outlet is not available we’re you want it , you cannot use it wit the hairdryer . Bathe room have not electricity outlet . And the doors don’t close until you bush it hard ( every one will wake up ) and the baby or old woman can’t handle it. The service even you aske for them they take time .. always sit in the hall never help when you come or go … and the warts thing the sweets come between 2 restaurants so you don’t have any bark and the reception don’t do nothing for you . The pictures you see is different 100/ from the real.

I knew Boodl since i was in Saudi, it is a fine brand with clean rooms however Youssef on the reception is a very very very decent guy he is so gentle, so classy , so 5 stars receptionist. Room is clean but sockets are very rare, bathroom is ugly

Good location but very old furniture and dirty. Bad toilets smell and poor cleaning service. Also, the surrounding is too noisy.

Overall the place are awesome 👌 the facilities of hotel 5 star and the apartment so clean and it has 1 king bed and two single bed and there is one extra for made, if you have. Break fast normal 3 out of 5.

Reception employees were very nice as persons, however they were NOT able to show any flexibility with guests requests due to old fashion way of registering in and out (I. e. using too many paper work and signatures)

Very spacious room with sufficient amenities. Room is cleaned and towels are changed daily with all the toiletries filled up. They even wash the dishes for you if you leave one in the sink. The staffs were very attentive but sometimes there was a difficulty understanding English. Though there was a kitchen with stove, no microwave oven are available. If you wish to warm up the food, you will have to call the coffee shop and they will send a staff to pick up your food and warm it for you. The fridge was very small, only minibar size under the stove, and it was not even cool enough to store fresh stuffs. However, I was satisfied with the overall stay of 8 nights there.

Very rude manager, chasing women in the lobby who just came to use the bathroom. I'm here on a tourist visa and I've never experienced this kind of unprofessional behaviour anywhere in the world. What kind of manager stops ANYONE from using the bathroom??? Also he only stops specific nationality. How can the hotel have someone like this at the hotel front desk representing your hotel. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Will share this feedback on social media to see how many other tourists experienced this disgraceful behavior

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and it was tasty. Definitely recommend this hotel. I don't understand why this hotel is rated so bad. For tourist from another country, they are allowing you to stay with your girlfriend in the same room without a marriage certificate.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry about the appalling service I received at Boudl Hotel Suites Kuwait. I was planning to stay there, but a night receptionist named Ali changed my mind on Friday, 17th November 2023, at around 00:30. His behavior was completely unacceptable - he was rude, disrespectful, and flat-out refused to give his full name. This is no way to treat potential guests! I decided against staying at the hotel because of this terrible experience. The management needs to take immediate action on this matter. It's unacceptable for a reputable hotel to have such poorly trained and unprofessional staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here in Boudl Hotel Suites Kuwait. It’s situated in the heart of Salmiya. Outside of the hotel , there’s many food options, cafe restaurants, fast food options. Most of them are open to very late, some even 24h. Blajat beach 🏖️ is walking distance from the hotel. The Scientific center is a 6min drive from the Hotel. There’s many Malls nearby such as Olympia Mall, Marina Mall, All Fanar Mall, Laila Gallery. The Boudl hotel room was very comfortable. The bed was very cozy and soft. There’s a great view of Salmiya. They provide complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee which is very nice. The service is top notch. At 2 occasions I overslept the check out time, the front desk receptionist allowed me to stay a bit longer in my room. The whole hotel staff that I encountered were so friendly, welcoming, kind, greeted me with a warm smile, professional. The front desk receptionists Rabah, Salmah, and Ali-Jaber were exceptional, welcoming guests in warm way and dealing with guest inquiries, check in/outdoors in a professional way, always with a smile. The doormen Sandeep, Rampapo were also giving fabulous. Always attending guest bags with their bag trolley , serving delicious complementary Arabic coffee ☕️ and dates. I recommend staying in this lovely hotel.

I had a very bad experience finding my room ready even though i booked using booking.com and confirmed that im coming calling the hotel in the morning but with doing all of that i did not find my room ready and i was directed to other building which had bad air conditioning system. Definitely i changed the hotel in the same night. I will never book thia hotel again

The stay was great but there was an issue with parking since its not private for hotel customers kinda free for all so if u want to park infront of the hotel don't be late than 10p.m or try finding spot near other buildings hopefully you find it the 2 bed room appartment were spacious and great 1 master room and other bed room

Nice hotel and very affordable. Rooms are quite tidy and clean as well. Parking is always available as there is a big place to keep your car. The reception are very professional and welcoming. Incase you are visiting Kuwait for the first time, and you want to get to k iw the country, this the perfect place to stay as it is in the heart of Salmeya, close to the sea side, close to the recently opened Museum and malls, you can even choose between 100s of restaurant in the same street.
