I had booked a stay at Ibis Sharq for 8 days and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Rooms were neat and tidy. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast provided was very delicious and contains a wide range of dishes from multiple cuisines. Amenities provided were sufficient and location itself is placed in a pretty convenient location. Overall, it was a great experience to stay at Ibis Sharq

Building architecture also good .you can found the exterior and interior well maintained cleanliness of the building also good hotel staff also in polite manner.they are flexible to the gest and the of taking and how they are welcoming the or greet the guest excellent 👌 but the outside area and atmosphere not good, when you will reached around the hotel the road also not well maintained

Excellent location! Great mall with restaurants and atm just behind! Few minutes to Kuwait towers or the grand mosque by car but also walkable too. Staff was very kind helpful and hardworking. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, eggs made to order and awesome coffee machine! I used their airport transfer arrival @1am and the driver was there waiting for me and within few minutes we were at the hotel comfortable and safe (10kwd). Room was spacious, clean and with amenities. They had complimentary water and some sodas on fridge not sure if these were complimentary!! Highly recommended!!

This is the worse experienced i ever had Short story I booked for 19 days, and I made reservations a weeks ahead and it said non refundable. Anyway, After long flight for almost 20 hours so I proceed to airport taxi to go to the hotel, after arrive at the location on midnight at 11 pm, I was really shock and unbelievable the hotel was closed. The owner or who ever run this company is no human sense, the hotel representative not even give notifications or information if the hotel is closed so at least I can find another place to stay. The security came out from the building and he said just transfer to another ibis In salmiya. But the taxi driver refused to send me there, it means now I need to paid him again for taxi fee from SHARQ to salmiya. After arriving in ibis salmiya, the receptionist make sure I’ll get the same service and the price as a compensation I booked this place include break fast and dinner or lunch. Really clean rooms with amazing view, especially in the upper floors. The breakfast buffet is simple enough with lots of choices. A few dishes of local cuisine, some Western dishes like scrambled eggs, omelettes, chicken sausages, beef bacon strips and a small variety of fruits and cheese. Some bread choices and some cereal types with milk. The gym is really small with poor array of exercises.

Very nice hotel with all basis requirements. Centrally located and nice room size. Nice breakfast. Room is well done. Food is great and welcoming guests. Thank you for all done. All the best to all of your employees.

The rooms are really small, if you are alone you may be able to live with it, but if you are a couple, simply find another option. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast is good. the chefs are very good but the servicing staff are not very attentive, where there are always two persons to ask me about the room number, there is hardly anyone to fill the empty servicing plates when they are empty Internet speed is not very good. House keeping are very good, very clean and neat Reception is small with low tables not suitable for those who may look for a high table to do some work outside their rooms but the atmosphere is friendly and they got Starbucks coffee down there.

The rooms are small as well as the bathroom, as expected from ibis. However, it was clean. The service was amazing, they were quick and efficient. I loved chef Ahmed Alsaadi, he is great and very hospitable. The location was fine, 15 - 20 minutes away from the shopping centres.

Chef Ahmed Saady and his team service was 5 stars Luxury realy,they provide free gluten food always with a smile and nothing was a problem for them my needs Congratulation ,Great Team ,Great Job

very impressed with the standard of the hotel and the professionalism of it's staff. Very pleased my room had tea and coffee and a kettle. The breakfasts were the best I have ever had: omelettes to order and a choice of Indian & Chinese dishes. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was one of the best.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and besides the fact that the stay was very pleasant, the food in the restaurant was of very high quality. Varied, fresh and above all, incredibly tasty. My compliments to the staff and in particular Chef Ahmed.

Good customer service from staff. Housekeeping manager, front desk, very nice. The rooms were just Okay, but this is not an expensive hotel, so not a big deal. If it was more expensive I would be dissatisfied. Parking is a little tough with all the construction. Breakfast is good. Room was clean, which is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Sharq in the lovely country Kuwait. Everyone was very accommodating and the front desk (Mohammed Ali, Akhila and Grace) were very friendly and made sure we settled in nicely and arranged transportation for us. We were provided with all the necessary service we needed. Would definitely book again with the same hotel in my next visit to Kuwait!

Stayed here with my colleagues on an official trip. The rooms were Clean and good value for money considering the central location in Kuwait . The services of the staff ,starting from reception to house keeping was amazing and always eager to help. Restaurant food is great and staff Mr. Lawrence is a warm personality and very professional. The rooms are very nice and the room service is also good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk people are very quick in response. During my visit they surprised me with cake on my birthday. Mr. Ketut was specific to mention among the housekeeping staff. It is pleasent to stay for longer days as well. Television channels of other languages would have been there like Hindi etc..

Cozy rooms, amazing service. Good beds and shower, small tv and mini fridge. The 2 best things about here are the close proximity to the shopping areas and the hospitality. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Highly recommend.

I would like to give special thanks to the two amazing receptionists Megdy and Rishaz at the reception. They really helped with everything and were incredibly kind and friendly. Many thanks to the hotel management for working with such good people and giving importance to the wishes and needs of the guests .

A very pleasant experience in Ibis Sharq.. hotel is located in the centre of the city and taxis are easily available. Restaurants and mall is just a 2 mins walk. In terms of service , I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the willingness to go out of the way. A special shout out to Rochelle at the front office. She was so pleasant and helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The room service was great too.. I am really impressed by the service offered by the hotel

Budget friendly hotel right in the downtown area of Kuwait, given how expensive the hotels generally are in Kuwait, this is no doubt a good deal with nice breakfast spread. Parking for the hotel customers is not dedicated, its open to all, though there are some open areas nearby, sometimes we need to struggle to find parking !

This hotel is being used to quarantine for maids that are coming from India during Covid in Kuwait, the tv in the room is not working, and they are claiming that it’s an issue from Dubai, and basically told me to deal with it, now imagine being locked in a room for two weeks, you are paying for your stay and you do not even have a tv

Love the location quick to nearby spots like Sharq Souk and 20-30 minutes drive to Shuwaikh or Salmiya. Taxi available in the hotel is a bit of a rip off, but I was happy with the first driver who waited and was prepared. On the other hand IBIS is a play safe stay for business trip. Oh also, unfortunately the walls are very thin, so at 130am until 3am in the morning in room 1606 there was a kid screaming.

I have visited three times to Kuwait out of which I stayed in IBIS twice. This is a very good hotel to stay. Although it is smaller than IBIS Salmiya but the service offered here are really great. Oopen restaurant of IBIS Hotel is really amazing. Ms. Kinley who Is in the service department of the restaurant has provided a good service. She is good when it comes to handle the kitchen as well. Mr. Gyan from the restaurant is very fast in taking orders and to process them on time. Mr. Mahesh is the head of chef who always tries his best to provide the tasty and fabulous food to the guest.

I had an amazing experience with the tidyness of our room and a very good service from the reception especially Bhevs and Marvy.. Sameh was a very nice guy to talk to as well and seems to know everything that we asked. Thank you so much Ibis Hotel Sharq for a wonderfull experience, hope to see you next year. Peace out

Im the return customer for Ibis sharq. It was great to see a consistent service level and fantastic hospitality. Special mention Chef Mahesh for a great breakfast and this time there was some thoughtful introduction of Indian delicacies in the breakfast. I was sick with cold n flu, all the staff has given very special attention to help me go through that period. Cheers.keep it up.

A budget friendly hotel to stay. Good service, friendly staffs.. check out for good deals on their website for long stay. Stayed here for a month, it was good. Rooms are little small( especially bathroom) but not a concern, as it is value for money. Iron box is available on request, hair dryer is attached in bathroom. Small Locker is provided for your valuables. Electric kettle ( plastic made - not recommended to boil anything in plastic container.. A plastic is plastic no matter what quality it is.) With few coffee and tea sachets. Breakfast has a wide range and covers most of the cuisine's ( country) Commuting is one good part.. Close to main road, be it public transport or private. Highly recommended - For good service, friendly staff, cleanliness and maintenance and for the brand.

I didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel :) I stayed 20 days there in a very small room. Staff are friendly and helpful . I asked the hotel manager for refund to move to somewhere. He said it is not refundable and showed me around; empty meetimg room, small gym and very tiny business room. I asked the hotel manager to let me use the meetimg room when it is not booked and he said yes first time. One of the staff asked me to take my files from the meetimg room and told me the room is booked ! I was there for almost 5 hours and no one used the room. I dont think the room was booked. I was desperate for space to work so I asked him next day to use it and he said I will get back to you! He never got back to me . Not nice. Not professional ! Every single person there is kind specially Walid the security guy -:)

First I had some issue with checking in but Mohammad the receptionist went above and beyond to help. Good location very close to alhamra shopping mall. Room was clean and specious but shower water wasn’t hot enough for me.

Louis khalll (front office manger)is one of the best managers I saw in my life he is very helpful and make our Accommodation better I recommend Accor group put him in high levels because he knows everything about what we need as customers.

The hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are not bad however they are a little small. The service is good in general. The restaurant food is excellent but they need to add more plates to the breakfast menu especially to the sweets section. The location is perfect. Very close to Hamra Tower. 2 mins walking. Can be done even during summer.

I am a long-staying guest at the hotel. The best thing about the place is the friendliness of the staff. Mohamed Ali and Louis are very pleasing managers at the front desk, with a team of great staff. The restaurant is also managed very well. Breakfast is superb with a wide choice of food, coffee, and tea. Housekeeping is great, the room is cleaned and stocked daily. The drivers who do pick and drop at the airport are very helpful with the luggage. The location is ideal with shopping and eating available all around. I am very happy with my stay and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the hotel.

What a pleasant experience! with IBIS SHARQ stay for two months. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and always fresh when I reach to room from office, not even single day they missed it on my stay.
