You are chaeating on prices.. in the shelves different prices than the cash till.. on many products.. we already complained to ministry and Baladiya

Verybad attitude at customer care desk of carrefour at 360 mall. The Indian tall guy was so arrogant while returning an electronic gadget which failed immediately after (within 15 minutes )purchasing it from the store. He even questioned my english knowledge and fluency and threatened and challenged me to proceed whatever way It is possible.Prefer philipinos insuch places where it meant for customer care..It looks like these guys are trained to resist customers at any cost while returning a defective item!!!

All household items are available under one roof. They are very nicely arranged items for a family shopping

From The Entrance If you just go straight & down starting you have Juices & Ice cream shops, If you go right You have Household shopping items and If you go up stairs which connects to other side of mall, there is as many as shops electronics, clothing etc Compared to last year they have improved mall designs and schematic is done very well. For elderly people they even have a mini van which can transport 2 or max 3 people at once... Remember mall is bigger from different view or areas. Well Maintained, Security ✅ People are friendly You can approach help from people within shops for shop addresses if you dont know

Situated at the basement of 360 Mall..One of the specious supermarkets in Kuwait...The layouts and organisations are as same as carrefour Avenue Mall. They usually provide good service to the customer. The shopping experience is pleasant.

Sure there are some great deals. But the layout, organization, structuring, and simply the atmosphere of the store belongs in the hood. Not in a 5 star mall. It's like a pimple or wart on a smooth face. Just like one would not open a butcher in Saks 5th avenue, this version of Carrefour should not be in the 360 mall. Try to explain that to those lacking the aesthetics of marketing

Love the variety of items and price ranges. Also, the spacious composition overall and general setting is quite aesthetic. Was there before 1pm and it was uncrowded.

My experience about Carrefour 360, I went few times only here it's really nice place to shopping and all item available this store. Carrefour 360 located in Ground Floor, 360 Mall. 360 Mall is one of big Mall in Kuwait 🇰🇼 and there little Big and clean store. Normally i went Farwaniya carrefour only that store not cleaned and small store also. I attached some photos I took carrefour 360. There electrical items also available.

Very nice grocery shopping experience

You feel that this place is managed by some sort of thugs and bandits. I bought an iphone 8 on clearance price in mid November 2021( that is 6 weeks ago) . The invoice was issued and the price was deducted from my credit card . A mr. Shivaa decided to confiscate the money and the iPhone and it was never delivered. I made complaint after complaint but no response. Complaints 818860 /959200. I believe Shivaa’s son is using my iphone down there in his jungle.
