South indian restaurant with a railway theme. Food quality is good. service qnd staff also good.

After first time bad experience with one chicken gravy visited again. This time food was good. Enjoyed. Tried only vegetarian foods. Pepper Mushroom, kadai panner, veg. kuruma, Appam and Parotta. Nice Ambience and good service too. Restaurant has been added to my good book list in Fahaheel area.

Nice Kerala restaurant with a unique concept. The seating is setup just like the inside of an Indian railways compartment (replete with an engine in front) with televisions placed showing the scenes from a train window making it looks like you are traveling on a train in Kerala. (Add your own vacillation for full effect :)) Both Kerala style traditional meals and biryani was very good and tasty. Service was good. The price very reasonable.

Good to visit for groups and family. Food is also delicious. Almost all Kerala style dishes are available. Food is expensive and quantity is less. The fish curry we brought was not tasteful. Beef roast and Dragon chicken was good. Customer service and services are also well mannered.

Had Full Jar soda from there recently and it was a great experience. Got good tasty dishes also in the snacks section. Love to visit again.

A Kerala (Travancore) Cuisine Restaurant located on the 1st Floor of the Olive Super Market Building (Next to Green Tower) in Fahaheel. The theme is of a Indian Railways train coach at a typical station. The tables inside the train coach have lcd screens where the windows are supposed to be and these play videos of train journeys through Kerala. The seats, luggage racks and the fans match a typical Indian Railways Sitting Coach and give the feeling of dining in a train. Good, tasty food, reasonable prices and quick service. Afternoon Menu is limited to Thali and Biryani only. The complete menu is only available during the evenings. Do Check it out!

It was a wonderful restaurant. The train theme is awesome.. must visit.. the cuisine is kerela based but the taste was very good. Definitely recommended.

Ordered Dum biriyani and Paneer kadai with Kerala Porota during dine-in at their restaurant today. Ambiance was good and for the food felt that even though its pricy, it tasted ok and they have good quantity. Could only have like 1/4 th of the serving of it. Hence asked the waiter to pack the rest of it for takeaway. Paid the waiter 10% tip as well. After returning back home, when we opened the rest of the expected dum biriyani from the takeaway pack, there was only very Less quantity in it. Almost all of the biryani which was left to the guy to pack as takeaway was missing. What a cut throat! how could the restaurant take out a hefty portion from already eaten servings of a customer? I would definitely avoid the place in future because I paid for the biriyani and it was served in the table but lost in the takeaway parcel. What a cheating!

Very good and tasty food. Ambience was very cool and nice behaving staffs. We went for a small birthday party at night after closing branch so the time was nearly closing time still they served us happily, good food and beautiful food presentation as it was remarkable. They made us happy with all the possible supports. It is really cool place for small parties and gatherings. We had both veg and non vegetarian food. They served also all kind of Kerala style and traditional food.

As fas the ambience is concerned Train like feel is the good idea which they ve adopted. There is both normal restaurant and train like setup but mostly I prefer train setup because my kid enjoys to sit there. Food is good but I cant say that taste is very consistent. Sometimes it is very tasty and sometimes it is ok. I think it depends on the chef who prepares it🤔

First experience - since it was New Years, they have their Sadhya(special meal) Fish Sadhya. The food was okay. What was bothering that they served it cold. They menu consisted only of the sadhya and some biryanis. It’s a one time go for me. Apart from the food, the ambiance itself is also okay.

16/04/2022 conducted an ifthar event at Kerala express hotel . 2.5 kd per head But not worth for money . Please don’t choose this package for your ifthar. Hotel managing staff also not good

Well Maintained. Neat and Clean. Nice Ambience of a Railway Station. Creative idea of Train Coaches for Seating, TVs as windows with videos to give a feeling of moving train. Visited during Lunch Time which is always peak hours especially on weekends. Service was bit delaying. Food was good. Meals itself is more enough even without any extra side dishes. QR Scan code for the Menu given in the table paper was not working.

Very nice creatively built railway station with train coaches for seating and videos which gives feeling of moving train. We use to visit for dinner. It is usually bit busy place but its worth if you have to wait even to get table. Inside the coach is good atmosphere for having food with family. All kids loves that. Good service and very delicious food. I have given a bulk order for Biriyani and they have done a excellent job. They made it very delicious, everyone loved it. If someone ask in one word about this place, I will say " it's just Awesome ".

I ordered one Chicken dum biriyani and one Beef Biriyani. It was total 3.600 KD. The Beef biriyani was average, but the chicken biriyani was the worst biriyani I ever had in Kuwait. They told us that this is a special dum biriyani but it didn't. It was just a mixture of onion and tomato masala with 2 chicken pieces, some rice and one egg. This is not at all worth for the money which I paid. The masala in the chicken biryani was heavy and there was floating oil in the packet, too much of oil in the chicken biryani. I never recommend this restaurant ever.

Decor is the main usp of the place apart from food. Food is good and the place is worth visiting. Moideen the staff was courteous and served us well.
