Great service and tasty food

An extremely disappointing experience. I have been to Ubon at Marooj long ago and we had a fabulous meal but today's experience at Salmiya was nowhere close to even good. The food was not served hot enough including the soup. The Tom yum soup tasted strongly of canned tomatoes and was taster sweet like an overkill of pureed canned tomatoes. The crispy calamari was crispy but soaked in oil. The pepper beef garlic was again very sweet n not peppery at all. The garlic fried rice, the pad Thai and chicken satay were very average and nothing great. Staff were polite but no warmth or smiles. The pineapple mango drink was the only decent thing we enjoyed. Sad that our expectations from the previous experience was let down drastically.

Definitely coming back! I ordered green curry, fried calamari, tom yum soup and to drink iced lemongrass. Everything is beyond. A roller-coaster of flavors. Ask your food mid-spicy. Great music. Good service and nice restroom.
