Super customer services. They serve unlimited coffee and it worth. Not fully satisfied with the food. It was crowded during holidays of eid.

Was there for breakfast and we loved the new mozzarella sticks and loaded fries. As always breakfast platters were delicious with free pancakes with every order. We tried the iced tea and loved the watermelon with lemon flavor but not so much the peach flavor. The new Oreo cookies and cream cheesecake was delicious !!! Absolutely loved it

Breakfast at this restaurant is simply fabulous, the pancake is an additional specially if someone is really hungry and eat.

Got there around 8am. Staff was very polite and energetic. Food was delivered quickly and was appetizing. Coffee was ok. As always you have to ask for extra butter for your pancakes. Sunny side up eggs were perfect

Had a very bad experience...not recommended for people who don't eat beef...asked the staff for one chicken kid's meal...and he brought a beef burger for my kid...when asked he said they don't have chicken burgers for kids...!!!This was the first time I came across a food outlet known for burgers fries and pancakes who don't serve chicken burgers in kid's meal!!! They mostly serve American style food...quantity is good but charges are way too much for a plate. Not visiting this place again.

I used to love the steak tips and pancakes but the last time we went the food was not good at all. We also had two children with us so we clearly ordered two different plates of sprinkle pancakes. They bought one so we asked if they could make a second one fast. The restaurant had 2 other tables with people so not busy at all. It took them 20 minutes to bring another plate for the kid. Not cool.

For an IHOP this was really good. I went in with my expectations of a US IHOP and to my amazement it was nothing like it. The atmosphere was very nice, the service was fast and the servers were very friendly. I got the Cheeseburger Omelette and it was extremely good and very filling. I highly recommend trying an IHOP here in Kuwait if you haven't already. Enjoy
