This gem which is located right across the way from us has been in operation for 3 yrs. now yet, this is our first time dining here. The food was amazingly good but, not hot. We will definitely dine here again to try some other menu items. You should check them out too. There's another branch in the Avenues Mall... Enjoy 😀

Delicious food and excellent service. I ordered my mix extra spicy but it was not spicy at all and the soft drinks are the small gloss bottles.

I came here and ordered Shrimp and Muscules in Cajun sauce...it was great. I added 2 lobster tails in their signature white cream sauce..... the lobster was overcooked and grainy and when I asked to replace the lobster tails with more shrimp because I hadn't eaten them ( just a small piece of one of the tails). He said I had to pay. The payment was not an issue but I wanted the shrimp instead. The chef recorded the lobster tail and added the Cajun sauce. The same overcooked lobster. And tried to pit it in the bottom of my to go bag and staple it shut. I found it and asked him about it and he lied right in face...why? Horrible service for that and I have been sitting here for 2 hours..there are no other customers here 😕 😒 I do not recommend ANYBODY come here.

If you want to call and ask about something before ordering, they will not answer the phone. If you want to call and ask if their driver has left yet because your food is taking way too long, they will not answer the phone. If you contact Talabat, wait on hold for them to reach the restaurant, they will respond to them immediately instead of simply answering you on their given phone number. If you want to wait 30+ mins over the expected delivery time and have NO CONTACT whatsoever with the restaurant, then order from Shrimp House. They do not care about their customers.

One of my favorite sea food restaurant. The Spicy sauce, and lemon butter sauce with garlic rice are delicious. Always go with shrimp and crab. Make sure you have nutcracker ready for the crab legs. Eat at home for the ultimate experience.

I have visited you restaurant in avenues and this is my feedback: 1- the team member is gr8 and trying his best but he can not do anything because no flexibility 2- food is below our expectations (Pirasso is much much better and also generous in sauce and rice) plus no.manager in the floor to talk 2 unfortunate visit and dont recommend it to anyone

First time and I guess it will be the last. Out of 4 platters we ordered only the grilled shrimp was good. Fish and chips was not good, the fish was watery and undercooked. Crab salad was a disappointment. The cheesy oyster dish was ok. Service was ok but slow even though we were almost the only people there. The ambient was ok. Maybe other dishes are better (like the seafood pockets or bags) but I am not sure. Good luck.

For those who love seafood with a special mixture, this restaurant surprised me with the very delicious taste and cleanliness of the food. I highly recommend trying it As for the food inside the restaurant, everything was excellent except for the smell of the place inside the restaurant, which was a bit annoying, the smell of exhalation. I hope they solve this problem. Other than that, I will definitely try it again.

A place to have good seafood dishes. Grilled shrimps were great. Fish and chips were not as expected but was alright served with tartar sauce. Calamari appetizer was good. The garlic rice was dry and not served with any sauce. Staff service was okay. The table is set with a disposable cover, and disposable gloves offered. Prices are okay too. Overall ambience of the restaurant was great.

Additionally, some felt that the lighting was poor and made it difficult to enjoy the overall atmosphere. While some dishes may be hit-or-miss, the establishment offers a range of seafood options, such as seafood pockets or bags, that may suit your palate. And if you're a fan of Fanta, they even have strawberry Fanta! Overall, this restaurant is worth a try, but you may want to manage your expectations.

Food was good but the service needs some work. They didn't have most things that come with a seafood place like hot sauce or ranch. And I couldn't substitute my fries for a rice.

Food was not fresh. Limited options in menu and the portion was small, deceptive marketing on instagram ad because it shows the food looks good while you go there and see the opposite. Very average for the food. The lighting was bad and dark.the best was they had strawberry Fanta.

We dined in sabah Alsalam branch and to be honest the experience was not good. The waiter and staff didn’t seem happy and welcoming, in fact we have requested couple of things and they were ignored. As for the atmosphere, the whole restaurant smelled and of course it was not Cousy. We are regularly to shrimp house in Avenues and it is much better than this one we love it there.

the food was half cooked and got old prawns. the menu said it was 22kwd for 2 kilos of shrimp. but with the receipt we suddenly had to pay 37kwd! which was really ridiculous! and the reason for that was because they had modified the menu but hadn't changed on the tablets yet. the worst thing is that they didn't even tell us before dinner but only after we had eaten so we had to pay! really scandalous! i thought there were honest people here in kuwait, but i don't recommend this restaurant at all!

The food os consistently delicious. Customer service is always good. Great hygiene of the place and staff. This is mine and my families favorite spot to eat at. Atleast 2x a month. The garlic rice is my favorite.

For all the sea food, then this is the place to eat. I enjoyed the food and services. Fantastic. 👍
