Turmeric is a recent addition into the indian food scene in Kuwait. It's small and homely with authentic Indian food (when I say authentic I mean spicy in the most Indian way haha so be warned if you cannot handle spice!) I enjoyed it quite a lot. For starters we tired their Dragon chicken and lamb chops which were delicious! Their best seller for me was the prawn ghee roast...a must try and if you want to go exotic try their deer meat cooked in Rajasthani spices which packs quite a punch. Their signature dish 'grandma's biriyani' is delicious as well. For dessert definitely a MUST HAVE is their traditional Indian Gulab jamun ( which is brilliant) and their ladoos. Wash it down with their spiced buttermilk and you'll be done for the day 😁. In addition their service is brilliant and the owners helped us decide our order. This is everything we had!!! Their prices are incredibly competitive and the food is completely worth it.

The Lamb chops are to die for 😍😍 highly recommended. Great food , great quality. Must try the chicken tandoor, lamb chops and prawn ghee roast! Can’t wait to eat at turmeric again 😍

Second time around and the experience gets better. The deer laal maas was something i was looking forward to... and it definitely exceeded expectations. Happy tummy ... happy soul 🤩

Food was delicious.... The chicken fry biryani was perfect..... Must try.... Tried the Ranbiryani Kapoor....OMG... Didn't know a biryani like that existed....Amazing... Huge portion.... Tastes incredible

Went pretty late for lunch....but had the best food from Starters to Biryani.....Recommended to try this place....Yummm

Ordered the Lunchbox Grandma's special and loved it. Yet to try the other options available but 5 stars for this one! :)
