Actually..loved the food, hospitality cuz the waiter was amazing!! I was just upset that they didn't have their root beer float...but it's not their fault now.. anyways other than that...loved it!

I've had the good pleasure of going to Johnny Rockets for breakfast at Mahboula branch...the people there are so friendly and great, always respectful to the customers (one employee has been there for more than 20 years, I remember her, and she remembered me!). The food is excellent, and the unlimited coffee is the best part! My compliments to all working there 👍

My son and I visited on 1 November, ordered a chili dog and drinks. My son (5 yrs old) wanted nothing to eat. Made the order, was waiting 15 minutes and the waitress asked if I needed anything else, I said yes, my hotdog. She said she thought I cancslled since my son was not hungry. I asked why she cancelled my chili dog; her reply was cause I said my son was not hungry. Bottomline is, "customer service" means everything in food business, and seems since store was empty, they could get a simple order right? This was my first, and last Johnny Rocket visit in years. Chili Dog was 2.5kd and far from being worth the price; could have got for 1/2 kd somewhere else. Time was 2:45 pm and cook / waitress just bored waiting an order from anyone. Maybe this is why they have little customers?

For 4 years straight this was the place where i get a great brewed cup of coffee. I missed this place. Without exaggerating they made BEST ALL TIME American burger in Kuwait. Please deliver my greetings to Mrs. Rina and the cook Mr. Andy. Both of great attributes and never let me down.

Every week I come to the Rockets location in Mahboula because of the great service. The employees are the most friendly, kind and helpful people. I really enjoy seeing them every week. Please let them know that they are appreciated . Thank You

The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very friendly. The fries were hot, crisp, and fresh, but the double cheeseburger was extremely greasy. I may stop in another day for one of their Hershey's shakes.

Food is very good but changes were made to modernize. Unfortunately, the original 50’s theme is gone and many food items too. Just not as happy as before and ordering in is preferred over going to the very small space. Staff are very courteous and attentive. We had to ask a song to be turned off because it was inappropriate for children and it used to be so family friendly.

Wait staff was fast and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Just a bit on the pricey side and the burger's bun could have been a little stronger to handle the juiciness of the burger. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, delicious clean food. I'm just sad they removed the tv from the bar area.
