We had a very bad experience from the hotel staff (not all all staff). Me and my friends came to this hotel to enjoy its amenities since we cannot travel outside.kuwait. but from checking in we encountered delays. We waited for more than 30 minutes to check in (we came in the hotel @ 7pm). The reception kept on insisting to us to upgrade room, or add 10kd for us to stay on the same floor (we booked 3 rooms since we are 6 ladies), we understand it since its their marketing strategy, but what we dont understand is we they kept us to wait, since all amenities is closing at 8pm. We were not able to use the pool even if it is still not yet 8pm since the pool was rented and reception did not inform us. The next morning we were able swim after swimming at 9am we want to use the sauna and we called the reception, they inform us that they will send someone to assist us, but at 9:12am the incharge in that sauna came, he is laurence, though he is our fellow filipino he approached us rudely and impolite as if we are not guests in that hotel. Though the reception already said that we can use the sauna, this laurence did not allow us to use it, because he said it is still close though it is already past 9am. This employer attitude is so rude, and he even told us that he called their general manager and did not approved us to use the sauna. We booked in that hotel to use and enjoy the amenities but we end up sleeping and eating their, that we can also do in our house. The shower is not working as well! Reception should inform briefly to the guests upon check-in the rules and regulations of the hotel, as well as the amenities. There are only few guests there so they have time to explain to the guest, because guest will not read all the notes that are posted in the hotel. We will never comeback in this hotel, this would be the first and the last time we step our foot there and we will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They want good quantity of guests but the quality of their services and customer service is very poor it is even beyond 1 star.

Wahaj Boulevard Hotel didn't not meet my expectations and unpleasant stay. Customer service is poor unlikely this is 4 stars hotel. Why? Please hear my story... Upon check-in, the hotel front desk receptionist didn't provide brief information ahead about the hotel policy for amenities closing time of their restaurant and other hotel facilities - swimming pool and gym. He did not provide us Wi-fi Password. I observed the assigned staff forgot hotel courtesy for their guest; maybe new for this job and lack of hotel customer service training. When we entered to our suite, our room looks clean however it remains cigar smell from previous guest. I let it pass the second observation for the hotel. My friends went to swimming pool (3rd floor) and suddenly our excitement disappeared when the staff told us that the swimming pool will close any minute due to protocol. I felt disappointed but of course we should abide the regulations but I couldn't understand why the Front desk receptionist didn't informed us ahead about the closing time so that we shouldn't waste our time going there. We let it pass again. But we asked the staff to book and reserved for us to use the swimming pool and sauna next day morning at 8 AM. So we returned to our room and stay, turning on the TV but unfortunately there's no cable signal. My friend called me from another room that their shower is not properly working. Damned! This is unpleasant experience. But of course, I don't want to ruined my night while staying in this hotel since we found that my friends unable to dine in their restaurant, thanks to Talabat and feed our empty bellies. We went to swimming pool again next day morning, standing and waiting before it open the swimming pool for us and other guest. We enjoyed swimming for half an hour and decided to go SAUNA next. No staff attending in the SPA reception so we called the front desk reception to send staff to assist us. We took robe and towel since we waited for 20 minutes and our body is wet and feeling cold. At long last, the staff arrived at 9:15 AM. We surprised that the male staff is discourteous and telling us why we stand in the reception and Sauna will open 9:00. We answered back that we need to use Sauna and time is already past 9 AM. He refused to let us in inside the Sauna and impolitely asked us to removed our robe in our body. We all 6 ladies shocked and embassed by their ill-manned male staff name "Lawrence". We never expected to receive this kind of treatment and disrespectful to women. He didn't let us wear the robe until we reach our suite and collected by hotel bellboy. I'm wondering how the hotel train their employees and how important the issues of gender discrimination or racial discrimination. I strongly suggest do not fool yourself with their promotion and tricky marketing strategy. I can't recommend to anyone after bad experienced with this hotel. Horrible!

The worst ever. Not clean enough, bad service, no privacy. We asked for a baby bed but no one gave us the bet until 12. Electricity was down and no one told us to gave us a indemnification. The worst place ever.

The hotel is good if you're looking to an accessible location to the highway and having some commitments nearby in Mahboula area. Unfortunately, the check in was too difficult waiting for the reception to contact reservations multiple times. My room was never cleaned within my 3 days stay which was very disappointing. It would be better if there is a carpet in the room. Fayza was the best in reception, she's very hospitable and friendly.

Bathroom were too small and we can barely fit in the shower, sofas were not soft and not comfortable. The service was good and stuff were friendly, good location and close to the freeway.

I will never return to this hotel again. My intention was to spend one night with my children and friends, but unfortunately, my daughter was harassed by one of the guests from a distance. Despite my efforts to seek help from the reception employees at Wahaj Boulevard Hotel – Fintas Area , they did not assist me in catching the harasser, even after I requested security multiple times. I even asked the receptionist, Mohamed Khairy, to contact the police, but he only contacted the hotel management who advised him not to interfere. This lack of concern for what happened to my daughter was unacceptable. Additionally, there were issues with my reservation upon arrival and mistakes made during breakfast. The management and team at this hotel are poorly managed and do not deserve their positions of responsibility. It is disheartening to see such indifference and lack of decency & gallantry in today's society.

Good experience, however the internet is very very bad. If you are coming from outside of Kuwait and you don’t have internet connection DO NOT count on their internet.

WIFI is almost non existence. 75kd a night and no smart TVs in the be bedroom only cheap terrible satellite system. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere..

My room didn't have water and they asked me to pay for water, they don't offer water at the their tiny gym, no breakfast buffet, very bad wifi signal. It looks like the hotel is suffering financially to not offer water. Waste of money !!! One star is way to much
