Sharing photos of their atrocious customer service. They also blocked me right after sending that message. But I wouldn’t have replied to that message anyway! Absolute shame that they behaved so unprofessionally. I just gave an honest feedback of the food and wasn’t even too harsh. No complaints with the restaurant staff as they were courteous. But the food was tasteless at best. I have eaten Mexican at so so many places all over the world and this was by far the most underwhelming experience. You cannot ask a customer why they didn’t complain at the time of their meal. We got 2 tacos in one plate - we both picked up 1 each and ate it. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t inedible that I would stop halfway and ask them to replace it. How do you ask them to change a dish after you eat the whole thing? We literally ate 1/3rd of our Fajita and packed up the rest to give it to someone so we don’t waste it.

The food was great, I keep trying new plates every time I visit and I'm not let down. Chef Julian does a great bringing true Mexican flavors to Kuwait. Eating here feels like eating at Mexican restaurant back in Los Angeles.

They need to change the 2 dollar signs to 4. Over priced food is not authentic at all. (I'm mexican) I was craving ceviche and a sopa. Paid 9kd for 2 items off them menu. Will not return will just keep to making my own at home with the authentic spices I bring with me. The ceviche taste like tabulla salad.

Very tasty food . Highly recommended . We have ordered tacos, burrito , guacamole, shrimp cocktail, as well as many other dishes . Have a look at the photos . The common thing between all the dishes is that its so tasty and very diverse.

Excelkent food and service. I have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Kuwait. Easy comment, right off the 40.

Poor service. Took a long time for the food to arrive. Portions were extremely small - you need at least 2 main dish per person. Food was tasty but wont go back as no point in leaving the restaurant and crash somewhere else to get your tummy full.

Nice place but for Friday night only had one customer, guacamole had decent authentic taste to it. Place is nicely decorated from inside and lots good options when it comes to dessert. Service was great and good option for Mexican food in Kuwait and not many Mexican restaurants are available.

This place has the best Guacamole dip I have ever tasted and I have tried many before. The server is kind-hearted gentleman, and the chef is from Mexico, and the food is authentic to the teeth. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy excellent authentic food and music and a friendly atmosphere

Not worth the visit and time, empty restaurant all the day long, servants are not well informed of the food when asked about it, the taste of the food is … 🤮 with all respect. I honestly recommend you close this place for the sake of Mexico. 👎🏻

First time trying Mexican food and I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I liked it. The place was completely empty and we were the only ones eating here. I think the prices are really expensive (KD 3.750 for two Birria tacos) but I don’t mind it since I just wanted to try it.

Very average, nothing authentic about it. If your craving mexican it's an average substitute. They do not offer free chips for the table like ALL mexican restaurants do, and their salsas are tomatoe sauce. Burrito was "ok", their pricing is also high.

One of the best mexican foods in kuwait. Get the guacamole with mango. Their tacos are full of flavors. One of my favorite places to eat.

Food is okay, the manager at the marzouq pearl complex location is very rude. I was looking for the bathroom and the restuarant has a door that leads to the bathroom. It was locked and when i asked if could go through, she stated in the rudest tone "sorry this isnt a pathway". I have eaten at this restaraunt many times before and im a repeat customer, after this interaction this will be my last time. In a country like Kuwait where we have alot of competition and choice of restaurants, i dont have to deal with poor customer service.

Very poor expirence, price to size ratio makes food too expensive. The ceviche was no bueno. Have no idea how this place is in business. I feel like they just bank on the fact that so little people know what real mexican food is here is Kuwait. They want to try so they come here and decide they don't like mexican food. This place give mexican food a bad rep.

Good food. Good service. Thumps up can't say anything other than we need more restaurants like this in Kuwait. They have indoor and outdoor with nice view. Very calm.

Was decent for the area. Portion could of been better, but pretty tasty.

Everything is delicious, the Guacamole is amazing if it didn't have some tiny stones because of the mortar and pestle, authenticity shouldn't be at the cost of my kidneys.
