Friendly service with hot serving starter and Biryani....

Had very very high expectations at least about the Biryani; wishing for spicy masala biryani as shown in the picture, instead was pot full of colored rice in mild spices. Ambiance was good, taste should be improved..

mind blowing recipes ! If you're craving for that desi dhaba touch to your starters and chinese menu then this is the place. We ordered chicken lollipop + mixed non-veg platter + chicken schezwan rice (with shezwan chutney) + chicken lababdaar +butter chicken+ double ka meetha sweet dish. Everything except the platter was simply lip smacking. The prize winners are the schezwan rice (desi style) and lollipop. Pros: very fast serving. Their waiter dev kumar from nepal was very cordial and helpful. They have 2 separate family cabins Cons: to enter the fahaheel branch you'll have to climb 1.5 floors which may be cumbersome for old folks. The ambiance is avg. Place is a little cramped up

The hotel is named after the Famous Nizams of HYDERABAD(deccan), and specialises in deccan cuisines specially The Yyderabadi DUM Biryani. Though, tthe Nizam's hospitality was well known, but this particular feature was unfounded in the management and the staff attitudes. They lacked the etiquette of hospitality and service, seemed to be more interested in making bucks out of any thing. Good is OK, therefore, carries the Third Star, though, Never intend to Visit it again.

Unfriendly staff, bad tasting food and totally a bad experience. This is fahaheel branch and not sure about the other branches.. avoid going to fahaheel branch, especially after 9 pm as they will start cleaning the restaurant while you are sitting itself.. they don't have the basic common sense not to use clorex floor cleaner and start cleaning while customers having food inside. Totally not recommended.

I had a deplorable experience at there on 7oct22@10pm. All over occupied, the cashier was rude when asked for a seat, waiters never minded to clean the place. Gravy of Egg masala and Chicken tikka masala tasted similar 🤢

The service at NIZAMAT was exceptional. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing helpful suggestions from the menu without being pushy.

Some dishes are good, but you will be surprised if what you ordered is the same dish, even if you have eaten it many times in the past. And you will say what did he bring? My Opinion

Our plans were made at the last minute and we were concerned about the arrangements. However, Nizamat surprised us with the arrangements. We were extremely satisfied with their service and food. It gives us great pleasure to share this information and we would like to recommend it to anyone who is missing special Hyderabadi foods.

Ordered a curry and rotis. It barely sufficed for both of us. Literally had 3-4 chicken pieces. Very disappointed with the quantity. Earlier in 2020 we used to order same curries but the quantity was good. At least they should justify the high price that they charge. :(

The restaurant is unhygienic. Food quality goes worst day by day .Heavy chlorine smell uncomfortable to dine . Also the menu remains unavailable always . Above all the reception doesnt care this even when informed.

It was good , food test was awesome 👌, perfect cleaning but space are very less & limted people's can sit there , for family there is also space but for limited number of 👪 only 4 to 5 tables there with 4 chairs for family + 5 yo 6 table with 4 chairs for bachelor party 🥳.. but foods are very testy..thanks it's my personal experience

Bakwaas!!! Very lazy attitude of the staff. If you visit a Restaurant, it's their courtesy to Ist serve the guests with water. We do got the water bottle but without glass. Now we were wondering how to drink the water. Secondly, we request them for some onions with food which came after reminder, and the most funniest part the waiter is arguing why we didn't have onions. Bro, if you bring onions after 70% of our food is done, then there will be leftover only know. We did complaint to the Mgr., but his approach was also like hearing and forget type. The name of the Restaurant says that we will get some nice Mutton Biryani and we travel almost 25 kms to enjoy the Biryani, which got finished. Overall a very horrible experience. I had gone to have chinese but was sorely disappointed. The sezuan sauce was something of a chutney which im not sure who came up with. The lollypop was tiny and not even deboned properly. The rice was dry. The only saving grace was the manchurian which was somewhat bearable. Would never go again.

This restaurant should be known for its late delivery. It is never on time and due to which the food is bearly warm. Today the food was two hours late. I won't ever order from this restaurant.

First time visited this place. The food was awesome.... Legit Indian-ness in the dishes. I crave the authentic Calcutta biryani a lotttt,.... And this legit tasted like that.... The butter chicken and naan was also delicious.... So was the reshmi kebab.... Perfect in every way. The prices were very reasonable... And service was good, the staff was very polite and helpful. Overall amazingggg experience,, definitely coming back 🙌🏼🙌🏼👌🏻👌🏻

Very tasty food. Try their speciality dum biryani - the rice is cooked correct and the spices just perfect. The only issue I find is the washarea is messy though.
