I have been to this restaurant multiple times over the years. They had a couple of down seasons but they seem to be back on track. The ravioli was delicious! We ordered the meat and cheese. My fave was definitely the meat because the sauce had plenty of butter and garlic. The pizza was sausage and as you can see, I didn’t move fast enough to take the picture. They said it was great! I also enjoyed the tiramisu although I can tell it was not made by same person as last time I ordered it. It was lighter and fluffier last time and this time thicker and creamier. It was still delicious🙏🏻

4.5 stars. The place is super clean and well lit and spaced out. The meal was delicious, the meat succulent and perfectly done. The appetizer was great. And the ice tea (go with peach) was excellent. The server was attentive, when she left on break, the other were just as attentive. Really neat eatery, would go there again to try other dishes. The dessert and tea were the perfect finish.

What can I say, a must stop shop no doubt. It's all about genuin Italian products, olive oil, vintage balsamic yo the permisan cheese and pastry varieties. The staff was so sweet, they brought us samples of olive oil and bread for a quality test run before buying, and was so yummy. They also offered a taste to their 2years old permisan cheese which was insanely delicious. At the check out, a complimentary cakes were given, which really was a nice gesture and a remarkable thing. Live u guys!

Eataly serves delicious & healthy food at decent prices. It is one of the finest Italian Restaurants that I have visited. I loved the availability of a pizza with a “whole wheat base”. The staff service is excellent. Especially my best compliments to Ms Des who is very courteous, quick and professional. I wish her & Eataly all the very Best 👍🏻💐

I love the variety of food. The place neat and clean. Cosy and feels nice. Staff polite. They have Venchi gelato from Italy. You must try the pistachio and dark chocolate flavors. Their bakery and cheese varieties are great. Buy Venchi chocolate powder to make the best hot chocolate at home.

Updated review: Good place for lunch 👍🏼 Pizza was nice, I liked the beetroot salad. I prefer my lasagna with tomato sauce. Not all the Choclate truffles were good. We were here mainly for desert and left happy 😁 The ESPRESSO TIRAMISU was good 👍🏼 so was the cappuccino. Reminded me of the Chicago location. The L’AFFOGATO was also good. Staff were friendly and attentive

Aoooooooow. The olive oil is over delicious and you wish you can finish it all with fresh made bread 🥖 toast. The pizza is made with good ingredients. The place is nice and staff are welcoming and helpful. It serve as cafe, restaurant, bakery, Italian diary and butcher shop.

Hi Our server Ehab was fantastic he was very helpful and friendly so we wanted to thank him first The food I will start with the polo salad We did not like the new salad the old one was so much better , the chips were good as always, the mushroom risotto was fantastic the mushrooms were cooked perfectly, the shrimp pasta the have the one with zucchini but we prefer the one with the tomato sues and it was so good , the cola was molecola and it is one of the best fuzzy drinks we ordered both the regular and the diet one the regular is so much bettter . Thank you ❤️

My third time here in this Italian restaurant. The food’s delicious and the service is great. Also, the food came very fast. Staff are friendly. It’s also clean and not too crowded.

If they have zero stars I would put zero , I ordered Lasagna and supposed to be Fresh Lemonade , absolutely rubbish by all means and tastes like supermarket Lasagna even worse .... Very Very salty actually horribly Salty I felt really sick after that and my blood pressure shots up almost went to hospital because of excess salt in the meal , and no meat inside at all only salt and water and little tomatoes sauce from a can , not even fresh . And the Lemonade not fresh at all its made from Syrup , Etaly Restaurant they started well but now they are horrible like any other fast food . Never eat there again. Look at the Lemonade photo it's clearly shows it from syrup not fresh .

Nice place to eat but not the best, pizza was good other stuff was normal, There is small supermarket inside the place too.

The Complimentary bread was bland and dry. The margarita pizza was not very delicious and was overpriced. I liked their tiramisu not too sweet with coffee in the center. Great welcoming staff.

We where a party of 16 and i was afraid that it will be hard to serve us all without any mistakes or getting our food all mixed up....Boy was i wrong we where served by one guy he's name was Ehaab i would discribe him a super waiter he was super patient and helpful. The food was spot on super delicious and fresh.This place is amazing the atmosphere and the staff are top notch im definitely going back there again.

This is the closest thing your going to get to being in Italy....really fantastic menu, relaxed sociable vibe as the chain presents...with authentic and superb presentation. Staff very friendly and sitting under the Avenues roof with friends you can easily fall into a few hours of pre-trip bliss 😊. The takeaway counters offering fresh coffee, sweet callanoni, pizza, pastas, bakery and delicious boxed items are a part of the post meal excellent, essential Eataly experience. Been a few times... Love it!!!

This place was delicious. Like a little piece of Italy in Kuwait. Service was also great and they knew the menu very well.

I tried Eataly in Dubai back in 2015 and dishes (pasta 🍝 & pizza 🍕) were good. Here I have tried the steak 🥩. It waa below average and overpriced. The service and the place are good. Their market has a lovely collection of items.

We ate pizza with mushroom, spaghetti bolognese and salmon pasta. All were tasty and came quite quickly. These plus 2 Mojitos coseted 24 KD in total which is a bit expensive.

During my last visit in this shop it was so amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They introduced me the sale items which is very affordable and good quality products. Good job all and Keep it Up👌👌

Amazing new menu, I’m an old fan of early, even before it came to kuwait… lately I was a little disappointed because they removed a few of my favorite dishes from the menu, like the antipasti plate and the steak sampler but Ehab our waiter suggested we try the new dishes and surely it felt like eataly just came back stronger! Thankyou eataly and Thankyou ehab !

It's a nice restaurant, however I don't recommend it at all for delivery. They were around 75 min late and the food received was not hot and tasty. The pizza received was cold, the calamari were chewy , the risotto and ravioli were sticky as well. On another note, I would like to mention that The manager was professional. He contacted me to refund my payment but I didn't accept .

So far my favorite Italian place in Kuwait. It is a place where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner along with shopping for the best premium Italian food products. Also the bakery offers really good selections of Italian bread.

The restaurant is nice, the service was quick but the food was average. We ordered multiple classical dishes such as the pizza, lasagna and ravioli and none classic ones such as the "Linguini Gamberi" served in a zucchini sauce. I chose this plate as I love zucchini and shrimps but it turned out a complete disappointment. It is disgustingly bitter. I didn't complain to the staff as I was in holidays mood. It is by far the worst dish I had in an Italian restaurant.
