I ordered a large red velvet dessert through deliveroo. It tasted as if there is a whole bowl of crushed sugar mixed with the dessert made it crunchy as hell. It tasted really bad and half of it was only vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed with my order. Shake Shack always takes care of their standards but I am very disappointed with the way they handled my order.

One of my go to place when i really want to enjoy beef burgers, i love the taste of their beef burgers, chicken is good too but i prefer more beef. The service is great, staff is really polite, ambiance is good as well. Loved their red velvet ice-cream. Also i loved the concept of putting sauces and mayo counters outside, as self service, bcz i love absolutely love mayo with my burgers. Overall an amazing experience

Beautiful place, Nice food, Very affordable hot drinks. With this kind of standard dine in coffee of half KD and hot tea worth quarter kd is just beyond my expectations. Simply the best !! Staff is always friendly. At times the buzzing of trays doesn’t happen on time which I believe coz of its big area up and down and less staff. The rest worth it.

Stick to the traditional items, single or double cheeseburger and/or shack burger. These are amazing at every location and the fries and shakes are great to. Outstanding, relatively inexpensive quick meal that's perfect for tourists and locals.
