I can't believe how on earth this hotel is getting high reviews!! I booked 5 nights based on the online reviews, but I was shocked the moment I reach the hotel. The premise is too old and smells like an Indian kitchen full of spices. Cigarettes smell is all over the place even if you ordered a non-smoking room. I ended up leaving after 2 nights only. The staff is nice thou.

For sure not a four star hotel, 3 star is the correct rating. I stayed for two nights, the room size was ok, the bed too. Nice staff, but require training. Also, the check in and out processes should be reviewed to allow smoother experiences. The washroom was ok, yet it felt confusing and scattered; there was a tub and a small shower box. The hotel felt very old, it needs an urgent refreshment and decoration; especially the general areas like entrance, lobby and main restaurant.

I visited their Al Dallah restaurant, the dinner buffet cost was only 6KD (through sheel coupon) & it had 2 soups and many main courses of Fish, chicken, beef, mutton & veg along with rice, sphegatti, breads etc.. Varieties of salads & a number of desserts were there as well.. It was totally worth it, the ambience was nice with beautiful lighting & nice music.. The staffs were very nice as well.. I'm planning to dine in there again once a month at least 😍

Best Hotel in Kuwait city. Been here for enough duration and must say the staying experience is good and food is also best. One must try morning breakfast with lots of varieties. Location is also good and beach is just 5 minutes walk. Would recommend this hotel.
