Before
my
stay
I
had
bad
customer
service
as
I
booked
for
three
days
and
needed
to
amend
the
dates.
They
would
not
help
at
all
and
said
I
needed
to
deal
with
booking,com.
Thankfully
booking
eventually
sorted
it
but
the
hotel
also
could
have
done
this
on
their
end.
Face
to
face
they
were
friendly
but
rarely
able
to
help
with
any
questions
or
information
about
the
city.
(Note:
there
is
very
little
to
see
or
do
in
Kuwait.
The
king
died
last
year
so
this
also
means
that
lots
of
beaches
and
musical
events
are
cancelled/closed.)
The
local
area
does
not
have
much
and
the
drivers
are
very
bad
so
be
careful
on
the
roads.
There
are
some
great
places
for
food
and
tea.
Credit
where
credit
is
due:
The
hotel
had
a
small
gym
with
some
equipment
and
even
a
massage
chair.
The
hotel
had
a
pool
but
it
was
an
inside
pool
and
you
could
not
sunbath
anywhere,
but
it
was
still
good
to
have
and
use.
There
was
also
a
sauna
and
a
steam
room
but
neither
would
get
hot
-
only
warm
-
so
unfortunately
they
are
kind
of
pointless.
You
also
have
to
ask
someone
to
turn
them
on,
and
unlock
the
gym
to
use.
The
food
in
the
hotel
was
reasonably
priced
(for
room
service
too)
and
very
tasty.
Cleaning
and
breakfast
staff
were
very
friendly
and
professional.
My
room
was
very
large
and
clean
and
I
was
very
impressed
with
it.
The
bed
was
one
of
the
most
comfortable
I
have
ever
slept
on.
