The service was great. I really enjoyed my stay. I had gone with my family for a 2 nights stay and it really exceeded our expectations. It is inexpensive too. There was a TV, Fridge in each room. They had provided a toaster, microwave and stove to use. The breakfast was free and hearty. I am satisfied. The TV had only 30 channels that were in Arabic so I had to use a Chromecast. The free Wifi is pretty fast and has a speed of about 10-20 mb/s. The swimming pool is clean and due to COVID restrictions we had to reserve the pool beforehand. Above all it was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I have attached the view from 14 floor of the hotel where I was staying. Have Fun!!

Excellent value for money in an otherwise incredibly expensive city. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast on the 22nd floor is good with great views, and the pool is a huge plus.

They are prejudiced, only like locals, I was kindly requested NOT to use the pool. NEVER AGAIN

Before my stay I had bad customer service as I booked for three days and needed to amend the dates. They would not help at all and said I needed to deal with booking,com. Thankfully booking eventually sorted it but the hotel also could have done this on their end. Face to face they were friendly but rarely able to help with any questions or information about the city. (Note: there is very little to see or do in Kuwait. The king died last year so this also means that lots of beaches and musical events are cancelled/closed.) The local area does not have much and the drivers are very bad so be careful on the roads. There are some great places for food and tea. Credit where credit is due: The hotel had a small gym with some equipment and even a massage chair. The hotel had a pool but it was an inside pool and you could not sunbath anywhere, but it was still good to have and use. There was also a sauna and a steam room but neither would get hot - only warm - so unfortunately they are kind of pointless. You also have to ask someone to turn them on, and unlock the gym to use. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced (for room service too) and very tasty. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional. My room was very large and clean and I was very impressed with it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. 7/10

I have only been there for a party in their silver ballroom , the food was decent, the service was good . But their location was like on the internal means the hotel was not facing the city , which I believe affects the reputation of a business.

The hotel is very nice and they so kind and helper the room is very nice and big and the view also very nice you will see all the kuwait city from your room and resturant only one thing thay dont have its a mashine so you can pay by card only in the reseption and cafe shop the lundry and restaurant only you pay cash also i like the cafe shop so much thay make a yummy caffee the thing i so much like it its small grosery you can buy snacks and drink and ice cream same price ather super market and its open 24 hours you only can ask reseption to open the door for you finally its a nice hotel and i love it defenatly i will come back again and l recomend every one to come

The room space is Ok. But there is less light in the room after sunset. The wash room is small but facilities are ok. No charging point for the guests as all are occupied either by TV or by bed side lamp. All time hot water is coming as the tank is in roof top, this is the most unpleasant thing of this hotel. Toothbrush is not provided unless asked for. However the postive fact is the location of the hotel is excellent. The services are also very good.

Very friendly/nice staff and the rooms are big and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. The gym is very decent for a hotel gym and room service is quick and good priced too!

Nice hotel with good staff and facilities, however, the breakfast and coffee shop they had isn’t that good.

Awesome Views Moderate Prices Familiar Staff and Clean Environment

This is an excellent establishment. The staff is superb, friendly, kind, efficient and helpful in any circumstances. This is my favourite hotel in Kuwait. One can't leave unhappy from this place. I have lived here for a long time. I feel like home here. I wish they could upgrade their gym. Five star service.

The hotel is average. It is little bit difficult to find the location. Parking area is big and easy to park the cars. Banquet hall is big and good for accommodating big groups of people. Extremely rude Manager - Mr. Saiful Islam. Very rude, doesn’t know how to talk. No customer service at all. For a party, they don’t want to take approval for DJ and he is trying to put the blame on the client. Do not recommend at all!
