Mediocre. In four days no one cleaned the room. The bathroom was flooded during the four days, very nice to get up in the middle of the night and go back to bed with wet feet... The staff was correct. I did not expect anything special knowing that they come with a good offer on Booking.

Great location! The hotel is smack in the center of the city making walking around very easy. The hotel itself is above average, especially considering the value for money at ~100USD per night. The rooms are clean and comfortable but extremely badly insulated. I was unlucky enough to have been next door to a guest speaking on his phone until 1-2am every night and I could hear absolutely everything. Beware if you can't cope with that. The hotel features a rooftop terrace with a bar and pool. The reception informed us that the pool was closed until October, a bit of a shame. The hallways are also very old fashioned and in need of refurbishment. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider coming back for the same price range.

Hi EPITOME OF EXCELLENCE....is the right word.Thankyou for a more aesthetic and beautiful hunch. Heard melodies are sweet...and those unheard are sweeter. Though we didn't get to see the full of the hotel the ambiance made us feel so.We had the best of our time. Especially the executive chef Mr.Sam.He proved what a class chef must be like.He carried both profession and friendliness in his bag. Vyshakh will always be remembered for his hospitality.He made sure each of us were comfortable. The starters enhaced our tastebuds to continue enjoying the buffet served.The bunch of sweets cannot be forgotten. Thankyou for the arrangements and it is sure that in near future Ramada will be our point of choice.We can be proud that Kuwait owns such a beautiful hotel for its visitors to be cozy. Worst hotel experience ever. I called the lobby to complain about LOUD music in my room (802). They did nothing because it is coming from a restaurant that is located next to the hotel. They didn’t even change the room when I asked them.

This hotel has black mold in the bathroom tile. Air conditioner is very very very very loud so bring ear plugs.There pool doesn't exist. If you have asthma bring your inhaler this place is needs a deep cleaning. Towels are thread bear with string hanging of of them. I won't take a shower in shower without shoes for fear of getting some fungus. The curtains clearly have NEVER been washed and be 6 years old at least. Windows are super dirty. Had to wash my hands after throwing the throw on the bed in the dusty closet. Upgrade me tomorrow but in the main time I have to sleep in this moldy dirty dusty room. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

The hotel is good overall but the parking entrance in front of the hotel is very difficult to recognize

The service was good, as well as the staff and the great view from the 20th floor. But as for the the food for View Restaurant the quality is considered OK, where the varieties weren’t much and not all the taste was good like 50/50. The decoration of the place depended most with portraits of the scenery of Kuwait at night and not much work done, plus the food wasn’t properly labelled where sometime we had to ask for help to know what the dish was.

In almost 100 countries I never had a hotel like this. They advertise with pool and rooftop when you book, but you as a customer of the hotel can not use it. They ask you to leave so locals can use it. Humiliation! The manager asks to speak with you but he never does! Worst service

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Hotel and was impressed by the high level of cleanliness and excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ramada Encore Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

It has a great location that links you with several main roads. The room was small and fine for one person, but very tiny for 2 people. The shower was also very small and difficult to move around it. Although my room was non smoking, the smell of smoking from adjacent rooms came inside which was annoying. There was construction in front of the hotel that affected car parking spaces. The hotel should inform potential customers of the construction situation when booking a room. There was one person manning the reception and this person answered the phone calls, attended to other guests while checking me in. Not sure if 4 stars hotels do this, but they need more people to cater to all of guests especially on weekends.

Room was good but double bed was very small. Internet excellent and bonus is easy for parking in the middle of the city. Room cleaning is not good and We had to tell the receptionist a couple f times, to get the bathroom cleaned and remove so much hair and dirt. The receptionist Mustapha however was very understanding to solve this issue.

The room was pretty good overall, though with a really weird blank wall where a window might be expected. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet brush is just there, exposed. The gym had the basics you need for a full body workout + doubles as a crossfit-style gym, and bonus is it is open 24 hrs and has free water. The rooftop was quite scenic. But the level of customer service could use some improvements. We asked the front desk for help to call some local establishments, and they seemed to hesitate every time, requiring insistence on our part. Then when we asked them to call a restaurant for us to find out the hours, they just handed us the phone rather than doing us the service. As a former front desk agent, I was pretty unimpressed with the lack of proper customer service training. They were gracious enough to store our bags after checkout, but I later saw that they stored them just in the stairwell, rather than a secure room. Although the price and location were quite good for Kuwait city, we're not sure if it's up to par with the Ramada name.

4 stars overall. The location is 5 stars. The sound insolation is very poor , you'll hear the sound from outside and inside the hotel. I find it hard to have a continuous night sleep without someone waking you up from exiting or entering their room.

Every things was great, i loved my stay in Ramada. The breakfast was super great as well. Variety of dishes tea and breads oh the FOOL is delicious but i am so picky and i felt that the shami bread is dry i told them and they said they well bring a better bread my only comment. The AC is excellent. Room is Comfortable. Room is spacious. i can't describe every thing but at the end of the day we want to stay more and come again later. One more thing the staff treat you as if you are in VIP hotel I loved that❤️.

My non-smoking room smelled like someone had died smoking inside it.. hotel is a bit run down, but very attentive and friendly staff plus a great central location makes up for it.

Nice hotel at a central location in Kuwait city. Rooms are reasonable but not that spacious. There is plenty of free parking. Rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable.

Hot weather and just 2 small bottles of water, not even enough to manage the heat. Weather kind of dehydrated us and the hotel charges for extra bottle of water, despite such high tariffs. Recommend only if you are looking at decent rooms and other things are truly difficult. Ibis nearby seems to offer more bottles free of cost and lesser in tariff. Maybe next time try them out

Stay here for 3 night, so far from check in at first is ok, welcoming guess as friendly, room is fine, is not too small and no too big, either rest room, hot showers not problem. Ac is also working well, For entertainment such as tv all in Arabic, I couldn’t find English Channel, During the night, I clearly hear from inside some one always slamming the doors, not sure if customers or house keeping did that. If u have light sleep like me, is really annoying. Breakfast is good, have a good views offers from 20th floor In lobby areas, some dude little racist coz I sit there in coffee shop

The breakfast buffet was always very good and the wait staff was wonderful in both of the restaurants. All the staff at the hotel were very kind and always helpful. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and I only wished for small washcloths for the body and face but the rooms were very clean and peaceful. The shower water was not very hot most of the time. But all in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

The front desk and breakfast staff members are super friendly and attentive to my needs. Always willing to assist and with a smile including employee Bharati at breakfast time. The hotel's rooftop offers stunning city views of spectacular architecture and the sunset is mesmerising. Also, the hotel is located downtown providing quick and easy access to Al Mubarakiya Souk, Kuwait Towers and Liberation Tower, cafes and plenty of shops. I'm a regular guest here and the reason for that is the staff, the hotel facilities, rooms, food and their restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The variety of food is there. The restaurants with an amazing view specially the rooftop where the pool is. The room is clean and comfortable with a great view at night. This is already my home here in Kuwait whenever I'm here for business. I highly recommend to try it.

22 downtown hotel at ramada encore located at the heart of the kuwait city is the one of the best spacious luxury restaurant having best juices and sheesas.. The food is amazimg.. The chicken biriyani and fatoosh salad are the items we ordered with lentil soup.. All the items taste sooo good. Biriyani is actually enough for 2 person.. Comparatively good amount worth of money...the service from the staffs are also satisfying and comfortable.. Overall the place is amazimg 👍🏻❤️

We had amazing time at Ramada Encore. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool at the rooftop is also very clean and there is a breathtaking view of Kw city. The breakfast offer is varied, fresh and tasty. Both restaurants located at on the top floors have incredible views both during night and day. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a great stay and top notch service.

Arrived after an early morning flight arrival, hotel reception and all staff vould not have been anymore accomodating. Great rooms, quiet and comfortable, easily reached from the airport, taxi fare only 8KD

Excellent hospitality, courteous staff, sumptuous breakfast, superb bus / cab connectivity to other locations, impeccably clean hotel, prompt Hotel Manager, fast Internet. Very much satisfied with my stay over there for a fortnight in July 2022.

Before check in, I already told the hotel about the room rate being paid in cash, and they still changed my credit card (double paid) and did not tell me. After complaining, they just said sorry ! The gap on the credit card is all my own responsibility. A completely irresponsible hotel.
