They don’t even deserve single star. You can save some money by investing for monthly savings plan at all Malabar, you can pay and collect gold from any of their Malabar branch, but as if now they don’t support online payment options. For the payment you have to visit their branch every month.

No I didn't go there, Although as I heard this brand is one of the most famous and trusted for gold and others jewellery items.

We bad experience and they miscommunicated about the plans. I already joined on a gold plan and selected a gold chain as per theirs instruction but after i went to collect the gold they told me ‘’gold was already sold out’’ and they behaved and communicated wrong information they i wrote this review on here this is only my opinion if any hurts this i asking sorry for that…🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This branch staff don't respect the customers as it is located in the workers area of Kuwait and their mentality to customers vary compare to other branches of Kuwait , This is my personal experience and not a general opinion

Believe me they play with the price of gold. Kuwait govt rate is different and less. Buy gold only from arab hold souq. They give original gold price

Bad customer service experience. I called to send me a sample and later they lied saying they’ve sent. Again when I called they didn’t respond my call. Whereas, when I called Kalyan, they immediately sent me the design. Never expected such worst service from Malabar representatives.
