My very bad experience with Malabar gold fahaheel. They are taking to much making charges as compare to others. So I would like to request you all be careful with malabar gold fahaheel. 😡😠

Malabar has good variety of gold and nice designs but their customer services is poor. The are never interested in going extra mile to get your business. I have been buying gold from them for last 7 years. Everytime they say we r busy we don't give phone numbers we don't do follow up. Making charges are very high. Malabar should provide customer services training to its staff to improve its business.

Malabar is a great jeweller for golds and diamonds. They are the right jewellers to go to for wedding shopping. They have a wide variety to offer and really beautiful designs of jewellery as well. We really liked their collection a lot and had a great shopping experience with them. And specially staff of Riyas (fahaheel branch)is great person.

Built quality and after sale service found not reaching expected level even though I am an regular customer.Ornaments observed with damage and for replacement don’t have enough materials and the sales officer misleading for selling damaged items.

I really like the service of Jonah She's amazing. She have the passion for her work. I put this comment coz she really deserves it.

It is doubtful whether the diamonds offered by Malabar Gold & Diamonds are genuine Today I went to the newly opened showroom in Iriti to sell a diamond ring bought from one of their showrooms in Fahaheel, Kuwait, they returned it saying that the price of the diamond can only be obtained by bringing it to the showroom in that country, and we can only price it for the gold. . If this is the case how can we buy it, if the store where we bought it then any legal ban in that country and closed, where can I get the value of the diamond in my hand?

Making charges are very high. No special designs. There much more difference - Compare to India.

Jewellery with good collection. Recently done renovation and all the staff are nice & co-operative. This Jewellery have a monthly scheme which starts from 10kwd onwards.

Don’t give money to this scammers. Today came to dispute the loan which is one of the employee insisted me to joined last year. I am planning to close that gold loan scheme and try to buy gold for that price. But too much show off and they told they can’t give today .beema , Damas they have better service. Don’t go to Malabar gold which is h ls over in kuwaitah Lulu center . Hope all can understand the value of money who saved and given to this cheaters to roll their business until 12 months . Purchased a 36 gram of gold chain as sales man missadvised that,no tax need to pay for 36 gram.i had to pay about 18 thousand and lost additional 2thousand buying foreign currency from the airport since customs insisted me to pay tax in any foreign currency. It was my bad I trust the sales man instead of searching Google about the information ..stopped buying gold from kuwait..

Most Staffs are very rude. Most of them want to attend 2 customers at the same time. Very slow service.

Customer service is good. But not sufficient chairs to sit in the bangle section. U need to bargain to get the best making charge for your jewelleries.

The company offers you a huge variety of different kind of items, so you get all you need in the single place. It depends on store location how good discount they give, you can get 10-50%. I have found the best price at Sama Mall just in front of Lulu entrance. The price difference of my item was around 50 kd in other locations. Thanks for very friendly and educated stuff in that particular area.

They have no standard terms, all store have their own different rules. Trying to fool people. Be careful before you spend your hard earned money there.

none would have exchanged the jewelry r coin so everyone seems to review as 5star...... staff aren't well friendly to explain the terms and condition of buying and exchanging the gold. If Buying the coin or biscuit , and if comes for exchanging they simply charge 6kd without any further explanation and they says it's for the certificate and the same amount of gold biscuit I bought in joyalukas but they replace with the same amount with no certification charges. Sum or other way the Malabar gold may have collection but they loot a lot, in which even if you argue you won't get your money back from those launders. It's there gain and my loss atlast .
