The link to yout test results are texted to your Kuwait cell phone in about 8-12 hours and the results have a QR code for travel. The cost of the PCR test was 6 KD. The only downside is if the area around the clinic is busy it can be hard to find a parking space nearby.

However, at the end of quarantine they have to come to the hotel to do PCR . Here is the surprise they requested for additional charge (10 KD) just for the doctor to come. Then what the hell did I paid for ?!!! After one of my family went to them they have agreed to make an appointment for us without any extra charges . Please dont go to this clinic customer satisfaction is more than worst I went there for my covid test for 27kd there they said if you want your covid report within 6hrs pay extra 3kd so i needed my report urgently so i paid 30kd at 10pm i tried to contact them they dont pick up the call nor i got any mail or message about my covid report. I went to do covid19 test today. First of all the receptionist told me the wrong floor for the Lab ( he said 10th floor). When I got to the 10th floor, I discovered there is no LAB on this floor. Which meant I had to go down and ask. Second, when I gave the swap for the covid19, they told me it will be 4 to 5 hours for the result to come out. I waited more than 5 hours, but still no result. Third, there is no direct number to the LAB. Trying to call the LAB is another issue. I had to call more than 6 or 7 numbers before I managed to get to the LAB!!!!
