State of the art gym, probably one of the best in the world. Amazing equipment and classes. The good thing is the continuous and fast maintenance of any damage. The gym include restaurant and a shop for supplements and clothes. It’s recommended to have a yearly membership since it’s cheaper than monthly membership.

One of the best Gyms in Kuwait. It can get crowded from 3 to 9 PM. But other than that it is well maintained and has all the necessary machines you need. Monthly fees are 50KD.

Oxygen is well known as one of the best gyms in Kuwait. I participate there frequently because of the cleanliness, the tools and the friendly staff who are working there. The problem is the high attendance capacity of people. Sometimes you have to wait to use one of the machines there or take tuns with the people who are already using it. But overall it is a good place to play sport.

Oxygen gym been over a year and I gotta tell you its defiantly worth your money if care about the environment in terms of cleanliness and how each floor has machine for different muscle groups well organised my 2 favorite branches would definitely be Reggae and Sabah Al Salem period

It’s one of the biggest gyms in the area, and honestly it has everything; equipment for every muscle, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, and even have classes in the basement 1.

Very crowded in ramadan because of their opening and closing hours. I believe if they keep it 24 hours it would help alot for people to manage their time. Overall oxygen gym is the best gym in kuwait but next ramadan i won’t join if their not open 24 hours

One of the best gyms in Kuwait hands down. Prices are very affordable, and discounts for yearly subscriptions are always offered regularly. Facilities are huge, and the machines are plentiful. You can find multiple machines that target the same muscle lined up next to each other. You would think that this is overkill, but because the Kuwaiti gym community is so vibrant and active, the place can get pretty crowded. This solution reduces the amount of time you have to wait for a machine to free up. Especially if you pair up with your gym bro Machines are divided into different mucsle groups and placed on different floors. Back, legs and abs/core are located on the first floor. Chest, shoulders, and arms are located on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool and locker rooms are located on the first basment level. You can find a sauna, jacuzzi, and cold water pool here as well. There is a 2nd basement level dedicated for crossfiters and calisthenics athletes. There are regular classes here that you can join in case you hate working out alone or you need the guidance and support of a coach. Bathrooms are clean, and drinking water is plentiful. Ice machines are placed in every floor for you to cool down your drinks. A restaurant and supplement store is also available on the ground floor. Sure, there might be fancier gyms here and there. But you won't find many other comparable gyms that offer all the above for the same price

a very VERY crowded gym, from the parking spaces, throughout all of its' facilities, all staff could have much more courteousness, from the reception to the coaches, everyone is lacking courteousness.

Incredible pool facilites and the gym has a huge variety of exercise machines. However, the gym has TOO many machines, the layout doesn’t make sense, and the coaches don’t make themselves available to help when you need it (even outside of rush hour), and don’t seem like they want to help or don’t even want to be be there sometimes. The average fellow gym member there is the unprovoked “staring” and “what do you want” kind of guy.

WORST GYM EVER!!! DONT GO Always crowded ac doesn't work staff is rude over priced.... Go to platinum right next to it sure parking is hard to find but overall better for both newbies and seasoned veterans

Fully equipped. Clean and tidy. Full facilities, including swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath. Good shop for supplements and apparel. The inhouse restaurant offers good meals and drinks. I loved the place and will come back again for sure.

Parking is bearable , good machines and facility overall. Only issue is the trainers , they won’t really give a second thought to helping you unless you pay for a personal one.
