The management is trash and most coaches are racist they need a customer service training, pool is dirty yes large space and a lot facilities/equipments.. but with no personality it’s just a irons and rock!!

I would’ve given the gym a 5 star if it wasn’t for the staff’s poor treatment. My tip to anyone planing to join the gym is if you ever want to freeze your membership, make sure that the staff member freezes it for the time period you require.

For English-speaking ladies, please spare your money. You’re EXPECTED to understand, read and speak Arabic by their Arabic-speaking staff. And they treat their coaches like modern slaves. It is like a third world country as there is no app associated with the gym to book an appointment or cancel one, rather you have to to go the old fashioned way by giving them a call. Zero consideration for the front liners. My heart goes out to the personal trainers.

Really nice gym with a lot of equipment. I went to a class for strength and it was good. Also the pilates class is really good.

This gym is soooo incredible I joined it for a year the cardio machines section is really big and enough for all the members. BEST GYM IN KUWAIT.

for new members they closed all the lockers as they said its under maintenance but as i saw many old members they still used it !! no appointments for checking measurements all the appointments is full although they don't following up with the members who will not comes to their appointments!!

Absolutely LOVE the gym, it has something for everyone! If only they’d open more branches, that would be great

Clean gym. Some fantastic classes. Haya her combat and body pump classes are amazing. Victoria also has really good classes. I also enjoy Yulla body balance really good. Lots of really good trainers. Totally addicted. The swimming pool is also amazing. Just keep the standards high and you keep me as your client.

- Facilities are great - Parking is limited - Too crowded during summer season and peak hours 5 pm + Prices are high even when considering seasonal offers they have; especially since the men’s gyms are way cheaper. #pinktax

This is branch of platinum for Ladies health club. It’s superb with all kinds of workouts equipments, games, and other fitness items(dancing). They have special places for kids who accompany their mother. They have a very nice and spacious pool.

I can assure you that this is the best ladies gym in Kuwait, very clean, variety of group classes, available all time. All machines are available. The only thing is that I recommend they open earlier on Friday. Otherwise, everything is great about this gym
