This branch opened in December, 2019. As of writing this, it is the newest branch of Lulu in Kuwait. It is located in a highly competitive area with at least four other hypermarkets/department stores within a minute's walk. It is a very crowded area so parking at peak times will be very difficult. It is a standalone building purpose built to be a hyper market and it shows. It consists of three floors. The ground floor has the prime food groceries and food counters. The basement has the home ware, electronics, secondary food groceries, etc. The upper floor has stationary, toys, clothes, etc. It has it's own car park outside with about 30-40 spots. The store has two entrances/exits. In typical Lulu fashion, there two ATM machines(Gulf Bank & KFH as of March, 2020) right at the entrance.

We bought broasted chicken from fahaheel lulu hypermarket sadly saying..... Dissatisfied with the taste of chicken..old meat and which is covered with lots crusts to hide the old pieces... Didn't expect this from the part of lulu... Disrespecting whole chicken foods by serving the bad quality dishes... Kindly avoid this practice or stop selling..🤬🤬

Everything is available but pricey. Quality of grocery is good and a wide variety is available. Deals are good when available especially electronics. No point credit system like other supermarkets. Huge shop with a vast parking area.

Bought a pressure cooker from there..got home and opened the box to a different cooker lid. The lid was misplaced with a bigger lid and when called to the customer care they could care less. They were not ready to deliver a different box spite of it being their fault .make sure you open even the sealed box to avoid getting a different item than the picture on the box. The staff had a bad attitude when discussed the issue.

It was very cheap good and very flexible price

Dear Management.. I would like to informed you something for which you must take an immediate action. it's my humble request because i felt very inselted by your staffs and it will affect your goodwill if it getts repeated. I purchased a gift from your shop and i requested a staff in the customer services area near the entrance to wrap it as like a model displayed in the showcase . But she refused to do it as because she didn't have enough ribbons to do it. They ignored it eventhough i had requested many times. Also the security Mr Mohammed shouted very badly and showned a rude attitude towards us. Finally the problems got solved by the Manager and the gift got wrapped as like i said.this is my first and worst experience by a staff working there. I decided to not to come again and ti share this experience with my friends. So kindly note this incident and make an action against such staffs.

One of the biggest markets in Fahaheel. Next gen design and infrastructure. Huge aisles and wide range of products are available here. Especially the pastries and bakery products are like no other. Truly an "all you can get" destination. Friendly staff. A little pricey, you can find most of the same products for a little cheaper value outside but they compensate that by offering one the best interiors in Fahaheel.

Good quality toys

LULU Hypermarket is my one of the favourite shoping destination for daily household items. Also I like clothes collection, groceries, kitchen items travel and sports equipment. Whenever I plan for shopping LuLu is 1st option.

A place where you can buy all your necessary food, hygiene products, kitchen appliances, clothes, sports goods, perfumes, school equipment, electrical equipment and many more. Parking is available. A very busy store on weekends. Many employees strive to provide efficient and friendly service.

Everything is generally quite satisfactory, with one notable exception – the live food counter. The service there leaves much to be desired. Although they offer a wide variety of food items, there is usually only one person attending to customers, and sometimes no one at all. You find yourself waiting, akin to standing in front of a butcher's shop, and if someone eventually assists you, it's evident that they are not happy about it. They seem indifferent to providing service. Initially, I considered the possibility that these guys can take the leftover food home at the end of the day hence they leave a lot unserved, but Lulu's policy dictates that they dispose of the food left at the end of the day. I hope they follow this policy. The management should urgently replace these individuals with well-trained staff who have a passion for serving customers at these counters. I understand that my concerns may not be addressed, but I felt it necessary to express them. If you visit other hypermarkets, you'll notice a significant difference in the quality of service at live counters, similar to the fresh fish and meat sections. Fresh meat/fish counters here, the situation is not very different. I've completely stopped shopping for fresh fish, meat, and live food at Lulu. I hope they undergo some much-needed reform in the future.

Nice experience shopping. Easy access to all categories. The best thing is that they have varieties and the items are fresh. All at one place.

This Lulu store is huge and has variety of products to purchase that includes fast food, fruits, groceries, electronics, home appliances, clothing and many more. The store is very spacious and the cash counters are well organised. Overall, very good shopping experience. The only cons are they need to keep all the counters open to avoid any big queues. Highly recommended, anyways.

Market was good but please check the bills properly in my case I took apples unit price mentioned 495 but when I want counter they placed other unit price tag I'm checked twice and asked the store keeper than simply they change the unit price tag in my package please be aware in this Lulu this is second time for me

This place has average products meant for mostly thrifty consumers and families. They don't have that much premium products as what are available at Lulu Qurain. For example, they don't have much Ben & Jerry's Ice cream and the juices are mostly the cheaper ones. They also don't sell ice, which is kind of strange. There is also limited brands of yoghurt. You can shop here without feeling like you are going to bleed money like when you do when shopping at Lulu Qurain or Lulu Egaila.

Good place for home groceries shopping. You can get everything of Indian traditional kitchen things. Great bakery collection. Veg and fruit collection. Bene bene garments and footwear collection also. But incomparion to Grand Hyper the price is some what high. But the collection and services are good in Lulu.

One of the best lulu i went in middle east

Products don't have price sticker is cheating.. In the rack a price and when we scan in the counter the pricebis high.. Normally lulu customers are buying things in full of trolleys, so so normally people don't notice this case.. I found this nearly 10 times in last year.

This place is one of my easiest way to shop everything is organized so it's convenient for the shoppers fish and meat also vegetables is fresh. So i rate it four stars for me

Good. Even after a year, south Indian ladies apparel (sarees, salwar) is still unavailable in the Fahaheel store, unlike in other Lulu branches in Kuwait.Silk sarees, salwar and matching blouses will have their own area in the other branches.

One of the best hypermarket in the town. You will get all variety of food stuffs there. Cooked food are not so good as it looks. Garment section also not so appealing. But frankly saying, fresh vegetable and fruits and grocery are too good.
