This used to be my number one store for electronics. Not anymore! Their prices are high nowadays and their collection contains less quality items. There are better places, with better prices that can deliver to your home.

One of the coolest xcite you can find, 2 floors and next to supermarket, you can find almost all x cite products here without any problem, it can get a liitle busy during weekends and holidays, but still a good place to visit if you want to buy any electronics,

Horrible website/application, they don't show that an item is sold out until days after payment goes through, then refuse to send you an updated invoice with the items your received only.

sales people are very rude. When we wanted to buy two phones, they told us that they could only sell one phone to my wife and me. extremely disinterested and rude people.

Whenever I go to buy some products that I need. After seeing ad's from Google. Every time their will be no stock in qurain branch so much problem for us. We cannot go to other branches.

Xcite is always a great area to go for electronics and home appliances if you can afford it. There are many options that are cheaper and sometimes better for example Blink. But overall just to get your regular gaming setups or school/home tools it's perfect. I recently bought a Ipad with a magic keyboard for work and the customer service I experienced was wonderful.

One of the best electronic companies in Kuwait. The branch is large. The staff were really helpful and professional. The AC was off I visited the shop, and it was too hot.

Very bad experience ..I ordered in online and paid .only went their for pick up the product. for one order I went two days . simply they keep on waiting more than half hour.and the staff told we don't have the stock. if u want u can get cash back of your order..they didn't think about our time and expense for travel...up and down I traveled 48 km ..

Small branch, when I came their AC was not working and was humid. Hope they will fix it soon.

This is a decent size store. I live closer to the one at Marina Mall but this has more more on show. Ground floor is all tech and gaming. Upstairs is everything else like appliances, TVs etc. Paid upstairs, collected items downstairs. Pretty good service and not too busy when I went in. Outside is a different matter. Very outdated car park area attached to a very outdated co-op which was very busy in and out. I suggest parking as far away from the entrance as possible so you don't get blocked in/stuck waiting for others.
