I arrived with my girl at this hotel really tired at 3.00AM Hotel ask me for married certified. We have not this certified so they did not allow us and we had to sleep in the street. So, is the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE that hotel asks to me for the married certified. Hotel has to know that tourists in other country like Spain is normal not to get married. I dont want that anyone sleep in the street like us. The poorest hotel have been in. And also Agoda dont have any solution. Just the money back. Never more Bravo Royal, never more Agoda

I recently stayed at Bravo Royal Hotel Suites for one night and it was a truly unpleasant experience. The hotel was not clean and the room I stayed in was filled with the strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite being in a non-smoking room. This made my stay uncomfortable and I could barely sleep throughout the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay, as it falls short on both fronts. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.

Terrible place. The place is nicely located in Al Salmia, where I am doing business. However, at the time of check-in, my experience was awful. The receptionist did not speak English and could not know how to find the reservation number as I was reading to him in English, unbelievable! He insisted that I had no reservation, which was done through American Express! I had to take the printout reservations he had (only two) and show him that my name was on one of them. The room was NOT CLEAN; there were no towels or toiletries, the phone was not working, and lots of flies. I had to go downstairs to get what is typically present in any hotel room, which was another struggle to communicate with the front desk. I got one old torn towel! TV has a blurry picture. For cleaners, see the images for yourself; sorry for the disgusting photo, especially the one with what looks like human fluid. Definitely, not a 3-star hotel. Save yourself and do not try it.

I stayed there for 10 nights, the whole experience was great, the room was clean and the view was amazing. I give 4 stars as the room service was upon request not regularly and the car parking was difficult at late night except this everything was great. I'd like to thank Mostafa at the reception and Mr. Victor the hotel manager for their hospitality and cooperation.

This hotel is totally awesome 👌, so it's ideally located. When I drove up to the hotel the area is clean, the exterior is very lush and appealing. I have a heavy case, but before I was in the door the staff kindly took my case, so then I checked in, but before I did so I was again very kindly took to show my room before I checked in 👌. The room is very spacious, clean smelt amazing and had such a wonderful sea view. The bed when I slept was so comfortable and I felt so relaxed. The price for an 11 night stay is absolutely superb for what you receive. The service that I am offered by these wonderful people is fantastic, so they make me feel so at home away from home ♥️. In summary, this hotel is located magically, very clean, the room is beautiful with an awesome sea view, the staff are so very helpful, caring, and very accomodating. Lastly, I would like to thank everyone that works here immensely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A really disappointing place. Photos are different from the real rooms, the TV not working ,, they will send someone to repair but it’s not repaired. One towel only . No shower gel. Very uncomfortable mattress , room service cleaning is not good.very limited parking area. The hotel is very old and neglected.

My fellow travelers beware... Photos on the website are better than the real thing. Although lobby is really beautiful, their cafe was not functional so that was a big issue. Location is great, plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are spacious with hot/cold air conditioning. Bathrooms could be slightly better although they were clean with hot and cold water 24X7. Recommend it as a budget stay.

The hotel has great rooms and very nice staff, even if they don't speak English. However the rooms are not very clean and even if there is a mini kitchen with hotplates, they don't provide anything. I had to go buy my own pan and ask for a plate and cutlery at the reception... and of course no sponge in the room to clean the dishes. But it stays one of the hotel with the best service in Kuwait (with a reasonable price).

Update upkeep with use and full house clients need to remodel exchange older worn up furniture mattresses to new ones . Why no microwaves in kitchenette units.. I have been staying here for past 10years full month of a year . Room quality is very excellent. The environment is very nice. Food quality is very excellent. Other facilities are very good.

The hotel is very close to the sea. The view is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable, the price is very reasonable. The staff is more than wonderful especially Mr. Mistags and Mr . Mohamed and I enjoyed a lot sitting in this place.

Hotel on a budget but price quoted in booking.com is higher compared to the actual situation where the current occupancy levels are below 20%

I've stayed there for 3 nights, the rooms were great compared to the competitive price. Sometimes I was not able to find an available car park in the hotel, but the hotel staff were always very helpful and finding quick solutions. The rooms are good but they need a little bit of care and maintenance, most things are in good condition and clean but some stuff needed fixing and replacement, especially in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is ~90% and the hotel in general in very comfortable and in a good location, I would probably book a room there again on my next visit to Kuwait.

Location is great, rooms are fine, staff is accommodative but cleanliness is poor. No toiletries were provided. Shower was bad. Bed sheets were not changed instead of repetitive requests.

As soon as you enter the room, you will see how the bed mattresses are not perfectly furnished, as shown in the pictures. Secondly, the decor decorated in the room is very old and needs to be renovated. Anyone who loves it only is a fan of the days of 2014. In terms of wallpaper and in terms of chairs, with the exception of the wooden table and the black chair, they are also very decent. In terms of the flooring, it is okay, but it is still an old taste. As for the shapes and colors of the beds, they are depressing. The quality of the bed and the television is bad, but it is okay, but it is one of the old types and styles of Wansa. Worst hotel to stay.... Staff are careless ,arrogant and rude. No telephone working..no towels or shampoo in bathroom, no water bottles....not clean at all.. very disappointing experience
